After Mike from Bowersox spent nearly five hours installing the new coil, Bowersox tech discovered the real problem was a leak in the Freon line that was installed under the house when it was built in 2005. Mike is returning tomorrow to run a new line through the attic. In the meantime, we've been without air conditioning for more than a week. At best, the showers cleaned... baseboards are dirty, refrigerator wasn't cleaned inside or out, windows left dirty, tracks of sliding doors dirty... I could go on. I called Lori to say I was not comfortable paying her calculated price, she would only adjust $60 bringing the final price to $600. The state of the house was unacceptable considering two people claim they cleaned for 6.5 hours, so 13 hours of cleaning and we continue to notice how little was done.
