Alex did my floor, said the floor was not flat enough and that I needed to pay him to make the floor flat, which I did. The job is now complete and the floor is not flat, not even close, it has peaks and valleys and less than 2 months old and the LVP is coming apart at the seams. It's going to cost me thousands to have someone come in and repair this very poor quality of work. I did ask Alex and Denise to make it right and they just gave me the run around.
