If you're looking for a straight forward, attentive, personal experience Jenna and Kamran are the best choice. We bought our first home, sold that home and buying a new build with them. Each step of the way they've been extremely helpful and attentive. In the beginning of thinking through selling our home, we changed our minds about 10 times. Going from selling to remodeling to selling to waiting and then finally landing on selling. They both were understanding and supportive. They went along on the journey and were even willing to wait it out with us until we welcomed our baby. We decided to sell before our due date and within a matter of days we had an off market offer. During this whole process we were out of town so they handled everything for us. If you want the best price for selling, little to know stress with selling, they are your people! Onto the buying process. While we were out of town a house that was coming on the market became available to offer. We wanted to see the home and potentially make an offer before we returned back to Washington. One of the team members Francisco did a walk through with us on FaceTime. Francisco was extremely responsive and helpful with figuring out the details of the offer. He was an absolute life saver during this process and made it so easy to stay informed. We were able to put and offer in and have it accepted within a few hours. None of this would have been possible with Francisco's hustle and passion for his clients. Kamran is amazing at what he does. He will literally sit down and tell you all of the options you have to purchase and sell. He calls you weekly to give you an update, even if nothing new has come to life. They send you thoughtful written letters after your customers that basically give you an update on their family and business. It's super nice because it maintains a sense of 'family' when you're really just their client. I have a family of real estate agents who can be quite difficult to work with and he willing had discussions with them about the logistics of our deals. One thing to mention is that their fees as realtors aren't the cheapest on the market, but you get what you pay for. We wouldn't have been able to do this major move while expecting a baby and having three dogs, without them. If you're looking for something simple and just a warm body to sell your house, they aren't for you. If you want to feel like you're having dinner with your family every time you interact with them and that they always have your best interest at heart, you have to work with them! Jenna Kamran specifically sent our whole neighborhood personalized letters saying that she has clients who had our neighborhood at the top of their list and were seeing if anyone was selling. I know this is how people advertise, fine. But I contacted Jenna because my husband and I are about to sell, but have 3 kids and 2 dogs. The staging and the open house can be a pain while living here. She was well aware of our crazy schedules with sports and the kids. Anyways, I agreed to let Jenna's clients in my home which was not on the market. She changed the dates a few times leading up to the day. I cleaned everything top to bottom, scrubbed cabinets, walls, baseboards, organized closets, did all laundry (with 5 people its insane amounts)- the list goes on. Her clients were to come at 1pm per the 3RD changed appointment. Despite them moving the date to sooner (excuse was clients were looking at a few homes today and he is a doctor and they wanted to do it all in one day). I busted ass for days cleaning TO ACCOMMODATE THEM. I texted Jenna about 30 mins before the showing to assure her I took care of the house and it was already to go, and they could even come a bit early! She then texts me a few mins before the showing appointment this half illiterate response that her clients had to go to the airport late last night and they couldn't make it. This lady is a liar and I wouldn't let her watch my dog. She cannot be trusted and she will scam just to make a buck. Clearly she missed the ethical part in the real estate industry. Moral: if you get a letter from these frauds trash it. Don't waste your time. read more
