However, he was so on top of everything that be found us our perfect house that we ended up offering on in just 4 days. :) He had his work cut out for him though on our sell. He helped us find someone to stage the home and gave the perfect advice for repairs to do ahead of time. Within 3 hours of hitting the market, we had a full offer. We received 12 total in a weekend.
