I was referred to the Amber Bills Group and sent a message late at night. Amber promptly replied to…read moreme that she would contact me first thing in the morning. She followed through and listened to my situation and paired us with one of her teammates Suzanne Wicker. Right away Suzanne was able to understand what we liked and didn't. We were moving from California last minute, with all of our kids plus pets and were contingent with the sale of our property there. Suzanne made a point to be in contact with my agent in California to help expedite the process by being fully in the loop in the event we found a home right away in Washington. We were living temporarily in a long term Air BnB when we finally came up. I noticed with Suzanne that she doesn't just throw you into the MLS system. She's a personal shopper not wasting your time showing you properties that would be eliminated. Being new to Washington State I heavily relied on Suzanne's guidance and expertise. She goes through each new house that comes on the market and only shows you what she knows will work. She is also extremely knowledgable on homes. She can spot a problem in seconds and knows all the tiny details of homes. It's very obvious she's being doing this a long time. Suzanne was on top of sending us listings and even took us out to see properties that we weren't 100% sure on. She always made herself readily available regardless if it was "the one" or not. We were her number one priority. We closed escrow on our property in California and were thrilled as luck would have it our dream home came on the market. Not only did Suzanne get us in to see it immediately, she also negotiated an amazing deal for us. She also was readily available through the escrow process and attended my inspection which helped me so much because I had all of my children in my care. If I didn't have Suzanne as my agent I would have never found this home or had as smooth of a transition as I did moving to Washington. She was always so accommodating and continually answered my questions or concerned/worried calls that we wouldn't find a place. It was such a stressful time for us and had we not had such a strong Agent we would have drowned. Suzanne also gave us the sweetest house warming gift, a gift card and a care package from Hawaii. As fate would have it, Suzanne and my husband are from Hawaii which made it so helpful for her to understand what he wanted. Thank you one million times Suzanne. You aren't just a real estate agent to us. You are an important part of our lives and I hope to stay in contact for a lifetime

Beth Traverso and her team handled the sale of my home over the past few months, and I cannot come up with a single thing they could have done better. Not one. That is not something I say lightly, or often. The talent and expertise of Beth and the Team was obvious at every step. The professionalism was the kind you notice precisely because nothing ever felt strained or improvised -- every move had clearly been thought through in advance. Beth's responsiveness was extraordinary: questions were often answered before I realized I needed to ask them, and when I did reach out, a thoughtful reply was almost always already waiting. And the integrity behind every conversation, every recommendation, and every negotiating decision is something I will not forget. I also want to say something specific about the team behind her -- Kaylinn, Melissa, Jenn, Jose, Katherine, and Nicole. Every handoff was clean. Every detail including communication, scheduling, follow-up, the small things that quietly fall through the cracks on most transactions -- was handled with care and real competence. I never once had to chase anyone, repeat a question, or wonder whether something had been missed. The standard they hold themselves to is rare, and it does not happen by accident; it is built and earned over time. This was real work, done at a high level, by a real team. If you are considering which real estate professional to engage in the Selling or Purchasing of a Home, reach out to Beth & Her Team - It will be one of the best decisions that you will make in the purchasing or selling of your next home.

Early on, she sat down with me over coffee and asked thoughtful questions about my taste, my goals, and how I think through decisions. That made a huge difference. She took everything I threw at her and turned it into focused searches that actually made my part of the process enjoyable. She was always available to check out a place (even offering to revisit spots, if I needed a second look), and I never felt like I was asking for too much. There were even times I went rogue and found listings outside of her searches. Instead of shutting it down, she let me explore, and figure out for myself why they weren't the right fit. That balance of giving me space while also stepping in when I was stuck or overthinking was exactly what I needed. Her energy, communication, and follow-up kept me engaged without ever making me feel pressured or rushed. I was honestly worried I'd be wasting her time if I wasn't fully "ready," but she met me where I was and guided me forward. She also shared a ton of knowledge throughout the process, which made me feel confident that every decision I made was informed. From start to finish, everything felt seamless and far less stressful than I expected. I'm still a little shocked at how smooth the whole experience was and how perfect of a house we found. Thank you, Carrie, for helping me find my home.

After our initial conversation with her, we didn't expect to move forward with the home buying process so soon, but we did. I remember telling my fiancé right after we ended our conversation with Liz that I wanted her to be our agent. I truly appreciated how people centered, passionate, and incredibly knowledgeable she is about the process. She made us feel completely comfortable asking questions and helped us clearly understand what the home buying journey would look like. Liz never made us feel rushed or pressured into anything. She truly respected our pace and guided us with patience and understanding every step of the way. Since my finance and I currently live in Los Angeles, Liz took her time to tour several homes that we were interested in. All of the videos she sent to us were extremely thorough and informative which made our process easier. It felt like we were actually there although we were miles away. We really appreciate Liz for taking the time to record and share the tours with us while giving us her opinion on things that stood out to her that were concerning. This is something we would not have been able to pick up on since we were not present. Liz really listened to what we were looking for in a home and she delivered. We cannot recommend her enough! She is truly an AMAZING agent to work with. We're beyond thankful for Liz and The Porchlight Group. If we ever decide to buy another home in the future, we are absolutely going back to her! Being in Las Vegas but looking for a place in Seattle and not knowing ANYONE or where or how to even begin the process. I used YELP for what is here for...to find businesses and read reviews. I searched Realtors and started to read reviews. After reading several reviews I knew I wanted to go with a smaller vs. a bigger company (where they might hand you off to whoever or you get lost in the shuffle). SOOOOO glad I went with Liz! I really believe that things happen for a reason and people come into your life for a reason. From the first time I spoke to her she had a great energy and vibe and I knew she was going to be a hustler. I was already impressed from the get go! In the beginning I explained what my husband and I were looking for, (which I thought were pretty strange requests criteria...because this condo was going to be used for our employee, it needed to be within a certain proximity, near the airport and within our budget). Liz just rolled with it and got on it. I think it was that night or the next we were already Facetiming a property we were interested in...that's how quickly she was on it! BTW she gives great video commentary and is thorough and honest with her review of the places. Not being there and actually seeing something in person for such a large purchase is kind of scary, but it truly was a great experience that I wasn't expecting. She listened and cared about our opinions and was never pushy. So right now the market is CRAZY!! We put in about 3-4 offers starting in February and kept getting outbid by cash offers and waiving everything. Finally we found something that was perfect for us and had keys and were moving in on April 8! We got to do a little fixer upping (Liz helped with finding a contractor) and was able to pick out flooring, paint and light fixtures, to our liking, all for asking price (seller was throwing in some $). BEYOND impressed with Liz and her team! From start to finish and all throughout the process Liz always kept in touch and updated with what was going on. Almost daily emails with new listings or possible places then following up with which ones we were interested in seeing. She was ON TOP of it! Not sure how she keeps it all straight because you will feel as if you are her only client (which I know we weren't), with how dedicated and on top of it she is. She was very knowledgeable, patient, kind, generous and helpful in SO MANY WAYS! You will NOT regret choosing her and her team to buy or sell your home!
