I was looking for a realtor that knew the Kirkland market, as I had previously attempted to sell my Kirkland condo in 2016 without success. Update from sale of condo 10/2020 David Eastern has again proven his market expertise, negotiation Skills and professionalism! He had sold another home for me that I was super pleased with so I decided to use him again. The staging, cleaning everything was handled nicely by him. Professional pictures and great marketing led to full price offer in less than a month. When we received a low offer, we were able to discuss and counter offer to where they ended up walking away, which is great as we received the full price offer afterwards. When there was an issue with the CCR, he was able to discuss with the HOA Mgmt and professionally resolve it. He was always available for my calls and I was always updated in a timely manner. He had a good strategy to list while inventory was low and priced low for a bidding war. He had professional contacts and scheduled staging, landscaping, roof cleanup and cleaner. I received multiple offers in one week all well over asking price and competitive. House closed on 4/17/2017. Communications from David were precise and timely. He was always pleasant and quick. One scenario that was impressive to me is one night, my neighbor called concerned about someone in the house late at night as the home was empty but staged.
