Joel Ramos has been our trusted real estate agent for over a decade -- not just for me, but for my entire extended family. He's guided us through more than twenty home purchases and sales, including several of my own. Joel's deep understanding of the housing market and the broader economic factors that influence real estate have been invaluable in helping us achieve our goals. Our most recent purchase with Joel was our third home, and it was a bit different from past transactions. He provided a clear, comprehensive plan and market analysis tailored to our objectives. Thanks to his guidance and expertise, we successfully acquired the property and negotiated an excellent deal. Joel even assisted directly with the construction updates, ensuring everything stayed on track and within budget. After my former real estate agent left the industry to pursue a new career, I was left searching for a new real estate broker to help me with a very lofty investment goal for 2021. Although I have many friends working in real estate, one friend in particular has consistently grown his brokerage for nearly two decades. He has received numerous great reviews and continues to close deals on some very pricey real estate in the area. That friend is Joel Ramos of JR Real Estate Group. And trusting Joel to handle my recent real estate investment deal, was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Without going into too much detail, Joel helped me structure and complete a sale/purchase deal which included multiple properties with a total transaction of over $1.5 million in real estate. After the deal, I now own two (yes two) newer single family homes in one of the hottest real estate markets in the Northwest. Both homes acquired have huge equity upside, and both will make excellent rental properties with instant cash flow. Joel's expertise in winning multiple offer bidding wars and his calm confidence sets him apart from the rest. Joel took the time to ask questions about my goals, built a winning strategy, changed strategies as needed, pivoted our approach, and executed our new game plan to success. To put things in perspective, the two-story home pictured had over 40 competing offers. We beat them all. Getting to know Joel these past few months, it is inspiring to see after many years in the industry, he is still very passionate about helping people secure their dreams of home ownership. Joel is as excited closing a multi-million dollar commercial transaction in Bellevue, to winning a bidding war for a family purchasing their first home in Kent. He's exceptionally qualified to get both deals done, and his 17+ years experience and industry connections puts Joel on another level. Whether you are a serious investor, first time home buyer, or have a property you want to sell for the highest price possible - Contact Joel. You'll be happy you did. read more

I've been friends with Joel for over a decade now. He is a good friend of my husband and I and also our agent. I've had the chance to collaborate with Joel while he was helping my parents renovate and sell their home a couple years ago. Not only did him and his team do a beautiful job on my parents home renovation, my parents house was also sold in days. To me that was impressive, so when my husband and I decided to sell our home. It was a no brainer. Joel also handled all the prep-work, scheduling the contractors, staging, and made sure everything was in line for a smooth closing. My husband and I have long work days, and most of the time we were not available until after work in the evenings, but Joel took the time and put the work to make sure we met certain deadlines. Joel always responded to our questions on a timely manner, and kept us updated. It was a great experience working with him. With his expertise and skills, our home sold in a few days! We will definitely work with Joel again when it's time to for us to purchase another home. I'd highly recommend him if you're ever in the market to purchase or sell! read more

TLDR: Joel is at the top of his game in the industry, he'll take care of all your real estate needs with your best interest at heart! I was one of those who used to think that all Realtors were the same and my strategy had always been to go with the cheapest and/or most convenient real estate broker. It wasn't until we met Joel that my wife and I realized the true value gained from working with an experienced, knowledgeable and professional realtor. If you spend just a few minutes speaking to Joel, you'll quickly realize just how passionate he is about his job and his level of expertise within the industry is second to none. Joel helped us purchase our first home back in 2015, so when it was time to sell and move on to the next, he was our first call. Both home purchases were in a multiple offer situation and I truly believe we wouldn't have had our offers picked if it wasn't for him. He was invaluable in our two purchases as well as selling our home, and would recommend Joel to anyone and everyone! The amount of time he spent touring houses with us for many months and answering texts and phone calls made it feel like we were his only clients, which is far from the truth. Joel and his team helped us with the process of selling our home back in June of this year and we were fortunate to work with such a great team again, for the purchasing of our new home. I can't say enough how thankful we are for Joel! He made the rather stressful process go so smoothly. We appreciate his knowledge of the current market, he was able to identified things that were used as leverages for us in this competitive market that wasn't too buyer friendly. He then came up with a great strategy to help us win over multiple offers to secure the home! On top of that, he was responsive and answered any question we had during the process in a timely manner. Our first home buying experience with Joel was LOVELY! He is extremely knowledgeable regarding the market and the areas in/near Seattle. He helped us from the beginning when we explored all different neighborhoods until we found the house in the dream neighborhood. He proactively researched our areas of interest and identified potential risks that we might've overlooked. Since it is our first home, we were very careful and hesitant when it comes to making decisions, but he was very patient with us during the long term house searching process. He is very responsive and gave us his honest opinions and insights which led us to make the right choices. He never rushed us to make decisions, and always respected our opinions, which we appreciate a lot. We could finally buy our house by listening to his offer strategy and his good communications with the listing agents. Every step of the process was clear and stress-free because he was always available to explain thoroughly of the process and to answer any questions. We cannot imagine buying home without him. He is simply amazing!!! We would highly recommend Joel. read more

I am delighted to share my superb experience working with Joel R and Rodney C. of Joel Ramos Realty. At our first meeting, Joel listened carefully to my goals, then educated me and set up a timeline to accomplish my dream. The timeline was short, but Joel's ability to call in the right team members and contractors at the right time, helped us "hit each ball out of the park." Rodney paid attention to each detail with a smile to get all of the benchmarks done on time. Joel checked in by phone with at least daily updates. He helped coordinate communication with my adult son on the East Coast, who was on my family support team. I was thrilled when the sale of my home went forward smoothly at the price point for which I had hoped. I most highly recommend Joel Ramos and his team member Rodney Cabaccang. We are so fortunate to have been able to work with Joel Ramos during the entirety of our home buying process. His expansive knowledge about the market and familiarity with Seattle homes made us feel very confident in every decision we made throughout the process. It was important for us to trust and put ourselves in the hands of someone that we knew would hold our interests as the top priority. Joel referred us to a Lending Officer Gabe Chavez at Loan Depot that made my partner and I feel very comfortable navigating and following the intricate process of securing a mortgage loan. If it would not have been for the both of them going above and beyond, we would not have gotten our first home (it was also the first home we put an offer on). Communication during this process was beyond what we expected. Joel made sure he was available to discuss any questions or concerns at all times so there was never a time when we were confused or didn't understand something since this was our first time buying a home. If you are looking into buying a new home, we would not hesitate to recommend Joel. read more

Joel Ramos helped my wife and I find our first home. It took us a while to find the right place and he was very patient throughout the whole process. What we loved most about Joel is that he was always available for us and was very genuine in his approach. He worked hard in helping us find what we wanted. We have worked with other agents in the past and many seemed like they wanted to sell us anything they could. In purchasing our home we went up against 8 other offers and some even had cash. Joel used his experience, charm and antics to help them choose to go with us. We love our home and we can not thank him enough for guiding us through the whole process. We will buy our next home from Joel and we have been and will be recommending any and everyone to work with Joel. If you do decide to give Joel a call the worst thing that can happen is that you will be treated as family and he will find you your dream home! read more
