Pine State Seamless Gutters - Protect your home from costly water damage!

    Pine State Seamless Gutters

-- Still Impressed One Year Later…read more I've been the designated reviewer‑type person who waits a full orbit of the earth before writing a "long‑term" review -- not because I enjoy procrastination (well... maybe a little), but because I want to see if something still shines after the newness wears off. In the case of Pine State Seamless Gutters, it turns out the glow hasn't faded a bit -- it's still gleaming like a well‑installed gutter under a Maine downpour. From the very first moment, we felt genuinely taken care of. Audrey answered the phone with a warmth and professionalism that would make your grandma feel comfortable leaving her dessert recipes with a stranger. Then Kelly came out, not just with an estimate, but with a detailed map of how our home would be protected -- accurate, thorough, and thoughtful in every way possible. I've helped a few gutter companies on the West Coast refine and optimize their operations and systems, so I knew what to expect. Kelly came in a little lower in my price range, but delivered the platinum level service. Funny enough, I was literally out of town the entire time this all unfolded. But between calls with family and exchanges with the team, I had zero worries. That level of trust doesn't come with every contractor -- it comes from people who give a damn about what they're doing and how they do it. Sure, I've seen the odd review out there from folks who felt left hanging -- you know, the kinds of complaints you'd expect when expectations don't align with one another. But our experience was the exact opposite: communication was clear, the install was impressive, and -- over a year later -- our gutters have been solid, sturdy, and doing exactly what they promised rain or snow came along. As a high-end builder on the Westcoast, you'd expect a few things that need adjusting after the first year - but our gutters are flowing great! Here's the best part: I still appreciate their attention to detail. I appreciate it now just as much as the day after the install -- which, let's be honest, is rare. You often hear that time reveals the truth of a job well done -- well, Pine State passed that test with flying colors. The product has held up beautifully, the team's care still resonates, and while I hope we never need new gutters (seriously... these things are rugged), if we did? Pine State Seamless Gutters would be the first call. Highly recommended -- to neighbors, friends, family, and anyone who wants service with substance and a smile to boot.

Neglectful Workers from the Roofa installed tongue and groove roof sheathing "tongue to tongue" and "groove to groove". Manufacturer specification for this product stipulate tongues must go into grooves during installation. They did not bother to construct my roof properly because they were in such a rush to finish in a day. Combative Afterwards, the business owner came to my home, inspected the finished project, and gave it a passing grade. Following my discovery of the faulty workmanship, I gave this business the opportunity to make things right but they refused and advised I should hire somebody else. When I would not choose the contractor they wanted me to, the business owner attempted to wedge himself between us and the new contractor we hired in order to negotiate a better price for himself. It is my firm belief this business was not honest with me and I do not believe they will care about providing quality workmanship for your roof that you protect your family with either. Unprofessional In my opinion, the workers sent to my home by the Roofa did not fit any of the descriptions found on the company website which promises consumers "Service with Integrity" and a "team of experts". It also makes claims of an "experienced staff" that is "highly knowledgeable". They rushed through the job and it came out absolutely terrible. They also left thier jackets behind and I found my kids going through the pockets the next morning. Total Slobs In addition to the jackets, we found discarded phone charger cords, cigarrette butts, what appeared to by the remnants of drug parapheneilia, and other junk all left by the side of a private road that I share with my neighbors. We are still finding little bits of shingle trimmings in the gardens.

DO NOT HIRE!!! TOTALLY INCOMPETENT and a CROOK!!! Received…read morea $1500 quote, and was assured all requests could easily be done in a few hours. Three days later I had to kick them off my property after realizing they literally had no clue what they were doing. I paid $1000 plus bought all materials including a sanding block, should have been a huge red flag that a professional contractor didn't even have something to sand with, his other company is a drywall company. Everything they touched they either broke or left in worst condition than found. On top of what I gave them and the need to pay a "real contractor" to come in and redo/fix their shoddy "work" I also had to pay for things they broke while they were attempting to do the work they said they could do. NO refund or compensation was offered even after admitting to not doing anything properly. The pictures do not even show all the damage they left behind. A complete and total mess that I had to continue to ask the workers to clean up after themselves. All in I was quoted $1500 and will end up paying almost $4000!!! Very expensive life lesson

I really wanted to like this company. I'm so tired of looking for someone reliable. We thought this…read morecompany was THE ONE. I was relieved for possibly two weeks. We need a contractor here for a very long list of projects and we wanted Payless to be the one. But. It took 8 weeks and now we have a basic shed, wooden entrance steps and a back door. See pics. I didn't want to hire him because when we first met him, he was three hours late without contacting us, but my partner wanted to give him a chance. I contacted him after two hours and some errands and he showed up an hour after THAT. NEVER HIRE SOMEONE THIS DISRESPECTFUL. I think my partner learned a lesson. Derek said he had 29 men working for him and that we would have a shed in a day. The men worked two at a time for FIVE HOURS PER WEEK for six weeks. On three separate occasions he had four or more men here, but not even for full work days. That accounts for the other two weeks. He would say they were coming and they didn't. He would say they would be here in the morning and they would arrive two and a half hours dark. Once he told us they were in our driveway. WE were in our driveway. They weren't in sight. Even though I told him I wanted steps, he was somehow stuck on a ramp and wouldn't listen until I yelled. His guys don't speak English, either, so how could I possibly get a good result? We always had to call him to translate from miles away. I did not have 8 weeks to waste on this guy. The floor should have been done by now, insulation, tree damage . . . I had time to do all of that before it got cold but he took 8 weeks on three small projects and I couldn't schedule anything else because he was never truthful about when his men would be here. It's possible that his men lie to him about where they are. I can't think of any other reason why someone would lie like that. Last Saturday, I told him not to come back. Then like a bully, out of the blue, his guys came on Tuesday, as if he's so belligerent that he had to show a DYING woman who's boss. That's right, I have stage 5 cancer and people in my condition live for about 20 months and he knew that I was trying to fix this place for my bf to live in after I'm dead. He set me back by an entire winter. I'm thinking about haunting him after death if I'm allowed. Hopefully there will be better things to do. Below are the photos of the "finished" work that I have to pay someone else to fix. If he were a good person, he would read this and learn where to improve, but all he wants to do is argue.
