The second time, he cancelled 45 minutes before he was supposed to arrive at our house. After the second cancellation, I kindly asked the person in charge of scheduling the install to please have a back-up installer in line in case this one had to cancel again. Needless to say, there was no back-up installer available for us today. Ordering flooring products through this company is fine, but stay away from them when it comes to installation projects.
