When they showed up for the estimate, they took pictures of all the work that was needed and as I pointed out things that I thought someone else would be needed, they said they could handle that too. Their estimate was very fair so I hired them right away. They came early, notifying me of their arrival beforehand and got to work right away. They took a hopeless yard that looked like a jungle and turned it into a yard that I hadn't seen since I moved into my house. The right side of the house, if you look at the pictures, was horrible. Now it's perfect! Not seen in the pictures is the left side of the house, where weeds were coming up through the concrete tiles, those are now all gone! My backyard patio also had bad weeds coming up and now you don't even notice anything bad was there. They are such great people too - fun to talk to and nice people. I decided to hire them to do maintenance on an ongoing basis because of how happy I am with their work. We used Master Tree services to cut down a tall oak tree in our yard and prune other trees. They…read moreprovided a free estimate and when we decided to use them, we requested Sammy to come back to finalize which trees needed pruning and which branches they recommended that needed to be cut. Sammy also informed us to let our town know which tree would be cut down to obtain the proper permit and approval. They also provided their updated insurance on file with our town. Everything went smoothly and on the day they were scheduled, they confirmed prior to the date as to what time they were starting. Sammy is very responsive via text and they did an excellent job pruning our trees and taking down the large oak tree including grinding the stump.
