He told me he would call me the next day to confirm completion. 6/24 I called today to see if they were done, he again had no idea of my shoes. I am moving of out state & need the shoes, he was very rude & stated he was short staffed& if I quit talking to him he could back to work & fix my shoes. I stated that he was rude & should not take out he anger in customers. He continued to be rude, After my phone I went to the shop & picked up my shoe. I took my shoes & left. As the owner, David does not deserve to treat customers rudely. I will not support his business. I am a nurse & I would never ever treat a person so disrespectfully stressed or not. He does not care about providing services to the community with an attitude like that. I will tell all my friends that live in Elm Grove not to support his business!
