I've stopped in here about 3 different times over the last few years. The first few times I…read moreunderstood they couldn't help and had no bad feelings over it because they tried. But after the last interaction yesterday, I will never consider buying anything here. Apparently it was too difficult to attempt to locate or order a 3-1/2" idler pulley for my 30 year old mower. I stopped in B/C I prefer face to face interaction and support of local businesses. The guy behind the counter, although he was nice, simply wouldn't even take 5 minutes to order a $30 pulley. The whole interaction was less than 45 seconds, barely looked at the part in my hand and told me to get it from Amazon and there was no way he could help, instead of pulling out the Oregon book he has behind the counter and flipping through some pages or trying to even see if they had anything close. Too bad, I was hoping to purchase a new machine this year from them with cash. Guess I'll find somewhere that isn't too lazy to help.

It was a simple fix, but had to load it back up, haul it back to Gresham. They promptly fixed the problem and we returned home. I called to see if I could be compensated some for our time, lost and not being able to get my garden in with the sunshine before it rained . I was told definitely not , think I'll take my business somewhere else next time.

Tomorrow arrives I finally get a call at 2:30 saying "Im sorry Im so busy" Ill be by Thursday and if not Friday for sure. No call no show. He calls Saturday morning says Monday or Tuesday, again " Im so busy". I said I really need my mower fixed my grass is getting too long. He says I know Im sorry. No show again or call both days. Then out of the blue Wednesday another call, once again I agree to Thursday or Friday. Thursday no show no but a call Thursday to reschedule yet again, "Im so busy". I texted him back said " dont contact me any further, your a joke!" He responded "excuse me?" I blocked him. Fortunately I never paid him any money because he never showed! My suggestion is to hire some help if your going to schedule appts. Since your so busy! Your way of business told me your time is important but mines not. Don't bother asking me to remove this review. The stress and anxiety you caused me is over the top!
