This place is without a doubt one of the nicest nurseries I've ever been dragged to.  Deceptively bigger than you might think once you start to walk through all those luscious and lovely fresh herbs, plants and flower arrangements and the two greenhouses.  Not to mention the actual 'gift shop' that has even more goodies of every shape and size (and price). On our drive back home (an hour-plus) we passed at least twenty other nurseries and we always had to slag on them for being nowhere near as impressive as Laurel Grove.

Said I was given wrong info. They found it at the store! Installer came back and couldn't do the job because of weather and HD wanted to charge me $375 for that!!! Horrible service!!! Trying to call the flooring dept and no answer ! No answer at customer service desk either! Never again will I have HD do any work for me.

Yikes ... ($81) When I called to let them know that the arrangement was not at all what was advertised, Kim became super defensive and not in a professional way. Her proposed solution was to "have someone pick up the arrangement for a full refund or pick up the arrangement and add more flowers to it" I said it would be embarrassing and awkward to retrieve flowers from someone who is in recovery... (from my aunt's perspective, her niece made a thoughtful gesture -- to have someone show up and take the flowers back or add some flowers only makes what was originally perceived as a nice gesture, awkward -- which an unnecessary thing to put my sick aunt through). Kim responded that SHE wouldn't be embarrassed (right, because it was ALL about her) and called me "too uptight". Jim, at Royal Furniture asked us the manufacturer and they directed us to an online option where we could choose individual pieces, style, finish and hardware. It was a great experience.
