The spot I chose to enjoy my Asiago bagel.

Today was my first time at Jeff's Bagel Run and it was so good, they had my favorite Asiago bagel, yay. Freshly made and warm. I ordered the onion cream cheese which was a perfect combination. I ate and enjoyed the whole yumminess. Whoops I was so excited by my bagel I almost forgot to mention how awesome the staff were. So sweet and helpful.

JBR has an interesting/unique approach; let the bagel stand on its own. Untoasted. Zero sandwich options. We were a little caught off guard, then ordered, and enjoyed our bagel. Both the (chewy) cinnamon raisin bagel and cream cheese were high quality and flavorful. Service is friendly and works well together. We completely understand the stand alone model because it keeps the line moving. It would be helpful to post a few ordering notes on the wall near the register. JBR is the first bagel shop we've been to that neither toasts nor makes sandwiches. If you're looking to grab a few bagels to go, bring home, then toast/prepare them, JBR is your place.

Grabbed my morning coffee @ Brown Fox and noticed they started serving Jeff's bagels! I ordered an everything bagel and tried the onion chive cream cheese. It was absolutely fantastic. The bagels are so fluffy and fresh. I wish they served them everyday! Service delivers fresh bagels daily! The packaging was beautiful and they give you loads of cream cheese!

Stopped into this bagel spot in Charleston, hoping for a quick breakfast win. The cinnamon raisin bagel actually slapped; soft, warm, and honestly one of the better bites I've had in town. The staff was pleasant too, even tossed me a free bagel like it was Oprah's Favorite Things, so no complaints there. But then the bill hit me like a plot twist. Five dollars for a plain bagel; absolutely wild. Then they hit me with $2.50 for butter, and the kicker? They don't even cut the thing or spread the butter. You're basically paying boutique pricing for DIY service. At that point I'm working harder than they are. Great bagel, friendly people, but the price-to-effort ratio is way off. Charleston has plenty of spots worth the money; this one needs to rethink the math before I'm back.

A great place for your morning bagel. The bagels are boiled and very soft. There is a huge selection of homemade cream cheese. All are delicious. This is a fab place to start your day Of note, when you order to go, the cream cheese comes separately to the bagel. I did not realize this, so I was unable to eat my bagel on my drive to work. Not an issue at all. Stop for a few moments and make sure you spread that delicious cream cheese on your bagel ! The staff are super friendly and welcoming. I even got to enjoy a sample of a new iced coffee. The place is small for customers to sit and dine in, however, it is cozy and comfortable, and the staff definitely make you feel welcome. It's also a very convenient in and out, making the place accessible with ample parking in front. A really super place for your bagel run

I have to stop by every time I'm in town! Obsessed with this bagel shop The service is kind and efficient. The variety of bagels and toppings are amazing! Delicious every time. It's a cute shop to dine indoors or take it to go like I did today.

Place smelled amazing with freshly baked bagels. Tried out 6 bagels with a flight of 3 spreads. They tasted delicious! Service was super quick and I liked that they sliced the bagels as well. Not too much seating but would go back!

A dozen salt, cinnamon sugar, cinnamon raisin, blueberry.

the bagels are not traditional New York bagels. They are not toasted, but more like a soft roll.

OMG! How did I just discover this place?…read more We stopped by Mozzo Deli in Mount Pleasant for lunch on a Friday, expecting it to be busy, and it definitely was. It's located in a shopping center at the end of a strip of restaurants, so it looks pretty unassuming from the outside. There were about four people ahead of us in line, and it took around 10 minutes to place our order. After paying at the cashier, we found a table, and our food arrived about 10 minutes later, which felt reasonable for the lunch rush. The employee who brought our food confirmed our order and later checked back to see how everything was. The food was the highlight of the visit. The coleslaw was delicious, the tortellini salad was good, and my husband really enjoyed his Cuban sandwich. My burger (the rock), though, was one of the best I've ever had. It was incredibly juicy and flavorful, especially considering it was cooked on a griddle instead of a grill. Meals come with the main item, and you can order sides separately if you want them. The menu is extensive, with burgers, sandwiches, salads, build-your-own options, and even breakfast items. The only downside is that if you come during the lunch rush, you may have to wait for a table. Even so, the food made it well worth the visit, and I'd definitely go back for that burger.

Ordered the bacon, egg and cheese on croissant. It was delicious. Eggs were just right, as was bacon, and the cheese was perfectly melted. The croissant was flaky and buttery. Their prices have really gone up, and the quality of food just doesn't justify downtown Charleston price tags. $5.50 for a watered down "cold brew," and about $10 for a sausage egg and cheese on toast... which they up charged me $1.09 to switch it from a biscuit to toast they likely got at Aldi or Teeter After taxes this was slightly over $19. I don't see that they stock the Charleston City Paper anymore, which is something I used to look forward to reading in their worn in cozy space. I'd rather make this breakfast sandwich at home for 1/4 the price and the same quality.

Yes. They were busy on Sunday morning but there are like 10 people working the back. Bacon was barely cooked. Asiago-jalapeño bagels was almost a Thomas' bagged bagel. More stale than toasted. THE&C was good. Coffee was ok. Might have been good if it was hot. Heck even warm.... Second time here. First time not much better....wanted to give ot another chance. There will not be "third times a charm!" Two stars because the music is good and not overwhelming loud.

I can't lie--I was a bit skeptical when I saw "open‑faced," but once it came out and I tried it, all of my skepticism disappeared. It was the best omelette I've ever had, loaded with cheese, sausage, ham, and bacon (hence the three little pigs). I highly recommend this place if you're in Charleston. The coffee is all‑you‑can‑drink for about $4, and the Bear Claw Coffee flavor is honestly the best ever. Don't walk here--run here.

She proceeded to take us to our table and pointed in a corner to the "coffee bar". Code for "get your own coffee cuz I'm too busy to get it for you". That shocks me this establishment would have that sort of set up with the number of elderly peeps in the Charleston area. While we were there, a wheelchair bound individual was dining. Do you think she appreciated the "coffee bar"? My husband ordered a farmhouse omelet with a side of bacon. I had the bacon-chorizo eggs benedict. Both were very good. I was disappointed that the spinach and tomatoes that topped the benedict were not sauteed-they were raw. It was still a good dish. The highlight was the cup of fruit I ordered. I don't know if it was just cuz I've been stuck in Ohio without "good fruit", but it was freaking yummy. It was a combo of blueberries, blk raspberries, kiwi, fresh pineapple, strawberries, and an orange slice! All tasty. I had to chuckle to myself while eating. The wall adjacent to where we were eating had some "black board" messages on it. One of the postings was to rent the room area for your next party. As I sat eating my lunch, I noticed that every ceiling tile was sagging horribly from the ceiling and many were stained. Do restaurant owners not realize that ceiling tiles are pretty darn cheap?? These could be changed easily after hours. This place in particular closes at 3 pm. All in all, our lunch was very good, but some details of the operations and ambience detracted from a 5 star review.
