We had already been researching replacements and Husnik was at the top of our list, but we were hoping to wait until spring. Unfortunately, the well pump failed on Thanksgiving--best laid plans. Mike was responsive, calm, and incredibly thorough. He explained that there was significant sediment buildup and made it clear he could get water on quickly, but that it wouldn't be good-quality water. Instead, he came back Saturday to properly clean out the well, install a new pressure tank, and replace the pump--doing the job the right way. During what felt like a true household crisis (no running water really changes your perspective!), Mike went above and beyond. When he realized Friday night that our water wouldn't be restored until Saturday, he even offered to let us refill empty water jugs at his business. That kind of thoughtfulness and integrity is rare. We never felt rushed, pressured, or taken advantage of--just well informed and genuinely cared for. My home warranty company was terrible to deal with from the beginning with saying we would hear back on the status in 48 hours and then taking over a week to respond so we could move forward to saying they would ship the equipment out right away so we could have the install done a week later and when we followed up the equipment hadn't been shipped 4 days later. Liz did an amazing job keeping me informed and together we stayed in contact with the warranty company to ensure this got resolved. Jolene has been a huge help as well with scheduling the install as well as the guys that have been out to the house to do the work. All in all these guys know how to get the job done, and by the way if I hadn't used the warranty company Aerotek's price on their equipment was $800 less than the same equipment from another local company. When we did the rodent control service, Mark assured us that he will do a follow up service to remove the traps, repairing any holes in walls and have the wood panels & siding sealed properly. Unfortunately, this did not happen and he did not show up for the follow up work. 1) On 11/8/2014, Mark agreed to come back do the follow up service on 11/14. He did not show up for the follow up work and NO phone calls. 2) After numerous tries to reach Mark, he agreed to come back do the follow up service on 11/19/14. Unfortunately, this did not happen again. He never called back to reschedule.
