We were astonished at the price. My husband said he made a payment online. Later a gal. Called and said she would check her records but they couldn't find payment. I called later on and they said she no longer works at company. I told this new girl what happened and she said we didn't owe anything on bill ! We were so happy and grateful as my husband and I are very disabled. Later on the owner called us. He was very rude and said we owed money and no one at his business never told us to forget bill. Now why would we make something like that up. Then he said the plumber was at our house for a long time. Not true. Anyhow he hung up on us. Needless to say I would not do business with this company.
