Dave did the paperwork and had a date for our new furnace and A/C. Trent and AJ were here a few days later to do the installation. I can't say enough good things about my experience. When you have a great team on your side, you can sleep better :-). Thank you so much for the ladies in the office who remind me when an inspection is due. He gave me quotes for the new system for over $21,000 and charge me $99.00 for the visit. Next day I called Mr. Heating and Cooling Inc. The technician came promptly fixed the problem for which he charged me $650, I asked him how much will cost to replace the heating and air condition system, he gave me quotes for the same upgraded products in written specification for about $11,000 How this can be that one company charge thousands more for the same product? Should the technician charge me the $99.00 just for coming in and give just the estimates?

Cardinal has been the BEST company I've experienced so far at my house. The person with whom I spoke understood how dangerous of a situation this was and a service person was scheduled that day. 2nd call was for electrical work--not urgent but they happened to be able to squeeze me in on the same day which was probably rare but amazing! Best parts of this experience: 1. Friendly and empathic front team who got me scheduled ASAP. 2. Text prior to the service person's arrival with their pic and some info to help personalize this 'stranger' 3. The service people themselves--extremely competent, focused, and very personable. I only wish they serviced commercial properties so I could have them out to my business!
