I skipped a day and went one more time because the acupuncture gets the blood flowing so between that and the red light therapy I actually had NO bruising at all. I was amazed. the pain was minimal I just had to be careful with bending the knee. I have also used the treatments for the arthritis and the numbness in my fingers in winter, especially my left hand.
