Structurally, the fascia system suspends, supports, and enables all anatomical movement from skin to cells and everything in between. When fascia is restricted by immobility, injury, and lifestyle it gets compressed, shortens, and space is diminished within joints and the entire body. Pain and reduced function is often the result, negatively impacting many aspects of your life. When FST addresses your imbalances and restricted fascia, your body is set free. Then your mind, spirit and world opens to live your life as it is meant to be.

My visit was in June of 2026…read more My back and ankle had been bothering me, so I walked in and hoped to get a two hour deep tissue massage. I was settling into a room within 10 minutes. Sofie was my primary massage therapist, and she was very good. She checked multiple times my tolerance for pressure and was hands on for the entire time. Alice took over for the last few minutes because I had cut into someone else's appointment, and she was also very good. Walked out an inch taller, and my back was feeling good. Atmosphere: pleasant room decor, soft music, water sounds. Fortunately, I waited to post this review, because I completely forgot my ankle for a few weeks. The ankle is flaring up again, so hopefully I can swing by again in the next few weeks.

Her studio is very clean with a relaxing environment. Her massage table is probably the most comfortable table I have been on and Katie's massage technique is fantastic. As an endurance athlete I tend to beat myself up pretty good, Katie finds knots and can get them to release every time. She is excellent at listening to her clients issues and concerns and does an excellent job in focusing on those locations. Today, myself & my other sister came back for massages. We booked a couples massage so we could be in the same room. Keep in mind, we live 2 hours away from Red Rose. Today was supposed to be a fun girls day-- massages, food, shopping. We booked through Fresha-- just like last time. The booking was confirmed. We arrive a little before 11 & the door is locked, no one appeared to be inside (though lamps were turned on), and my calls went straight to voicemail. We waited for around 10 minutes before we finally gave up. Thankfully we were able to find another spa to go to for massages, but I am still disappointed. I didn't think to get pictures of the store being closed, but I do have screenshots of the confirmed booking, my call log, and messages I sent to Red Rose's social media (still no replies). I don't know if there was possibly an emergency? However, there are several massage therapists at this location, so even if that were the case, I don't know why someone did not let us know. I am genuinely so disappointed. I do hope everything is okay & I don't want to hurt their business, but this was just so unprofessional. So if you do choose to go ahead & book-- be sure you call and physically confirm your appointment multiple times before you make the trip. If you still get stood up, call Ocean Massage on Nicholasville Rd. That's where we ended up & we had a wonderful experience. They unfortunately did not offer cupping like Red Rose does, but the massage was still great!

Once I filled out the form I was escorted back to an area where I was given a key and a small locker to store my personal belongings. From there I was shown to the salt room. You will walk across a floor filled with salt to get to your seat. It feels just like walking on sand at the beach. There are zero gravity chairs to relax in and you have the option of receiving a blanket for added comfort. The room is a very comfortable temperature, but the blanket made it more cozy. I picked out my chair and then I got a full rundown of what to expect during my 45-minute session. Everything was explained thoroughly with detail. I had a relaxing session in a dimly lit room with soft music playing. The experience was so pleasant. I suffer with year-round allergies, as well as eczema so I hope these sessions will be able to help with those issues. I definitely see myself returning in the future. It's great for your health, but it also just allows for some downtime away from electronic devices and noise and just lets you unwind and relax. I appreciate that my session was private and I think that is a newer policy that has been introduced since Covid. Everything was very clean and I felt very comfortable through the entire visit.
