I have been a patient of many Chiropractors' and know that when treating an injury sooner than later is best! The sooner treatment is started, the sooner the recovery and relief from pain. When treating an older injury or a problem it will take more than one treatment. You did not get in the shape you are in over night and it may be best to go multiple times to really get the benefit of treatment. I went to Dr Pugh for many reasons, I had no complaints with the current Chiropractors I have been seeing over the past few years. My cousins know of the problems and injuries I have had over the years and they kept telling me how great Dr M Pugh was for them no last names but Connie and her family and Jennifer and her family go to him. So I wanted to go twice and see if I got a different diagnosis of my issues. After two visits I am happy and I am satisfied, so I am going to continue seeing Dr M Pugh. His staff are great to work with and professional and friendly!! The treatment rooms are comfortable set up for treatment of different types!! I fell this morning while trying to get through the snow to my car. When I fell I twisted my back and I was in terrible pain. I didn't know what to do so I went online in search of help. I came across the website for LifeStyle Chiropractic and decided because of their reviews I would give them a call. The receptionist who answered the phone was so helpful and I felt like I could see her smiling through the cell phone. She was so upbeat and was concerned about my fall. They got me right in and even helped me from the car to the office. My husband was lifting a trailer that was loaded with roofing materials. He was trying to wheel it around when he felt a sharp pain. The pain did not go away. They have brought me from a nurse that couldn't even stand straight for weeks and was told I would need surgery at 33, to a nurse that can hit the floor and work her shifts and help out her co-workers with significantly less pain and struggling. Dr. Mike is awesome. While you are there, he makes sure that your entire visit is focused on you. He has an incredible staff who go out of their way to provide some of the best customer service around. My piriformis muscle was hurting this morning and one thing you learn at a Chiropractic office like Tates Creek is that what hurts isn't always where the problem is. I had a last minute set up visit here & the doctor was amazing. I'm pregnant so they couldn't do x-rays but he did a physical exam of spine and adjusted me. He then asked to have insurance company called to ask if massage therapy was covered so he could set me up with his massage therapist.
