The day of I was given a sedative and pain blockers were shot all over my face and neck. His nurse Victoria was wonderful and put me at ease. He explained everything he was doing and within 2 hrs. the procedure was over. I left with a huge bandage with was mildly uncomfortable but it was taken off the next day and replaced with a smaller bandage. I am almost three weeks out and aside from some mild swelling, it looks great! I highly recommend Dr. Cutolo and his team!

I explained I was very nervous and was told not to worry that I would be given something on that day to keep.me calm. The first surgery for the right eye lens removal by laser was June 17th, 2025. After I had the anestholigist put in the intravenous she went to.lunch leaving me on my own scared ro death. With Dr Kung telling me to.man up in other words and to cal. Down or get off the table. Somehow I got thru it and the lens was removed. 2 weeks later on July 1st almost the same scenario and only after my prtests did Dr Kung give him something to calm him down. Then I was ok and lens put in all done. Within a month I could see better and eventually drive without glasses. Here's what's bothering me, in the past 6 months I have e been back to the office many times for followips by DrCampbell a phenomenal Dr with a great bedside manner. However in that 6 months I have never seen not even once Dr Kung asking me how I was doing or feeling. That's just not right even a phone call to check on my progress would have sufficed. The other receptionist chimed in and said her co-worker wasn't wearing a mask. To which I replied, I wore mine into the office as requested on your front door. This is HER responsibility to wear her mask at all times as the front door was unlocked and various people were coming and going. I have never been thrown out of a dr's office because I arrived early - especially that I traveled from out of state to see the dr. Staff also has a habit of speaking about various patients in front of the patients in the waiting room. There is no excuse for this at all! If the staff is not happy with their job, maybe they should elsewhere. I pay for my visits with the dr, and this payment doesn't include their abuse. Very disappointed as I know I am NOT the only patient who has experienced something like this.
