Jaymie and Sarah were beyond kind, compassionate, patient....I could go on and on. It was a slow start for me, anxiety ridden and nervous (about everything and nothing). They made me feel comfortable and cared for. Truly cared for, for hours, which put me at ease. They gave me time to work through my anxiety and fears. Allowed me to stop and sit up when ever I needed to (many times). QUALITY is the best word to describe Braden Dental. And what pain?? None! High tech stuff going on in there. Seriously, I was scared of the shot(s), but I really felt almost nothing at all. After a while (I was there for almost 4 hours), my brain and body realized I was in a safe place, and they weren't going to allow me to suffocate or drown (irrational fears). They allowed me time to work through my feelings, and that was truly amazing. Jaymie worked her magic, and I'm incredibly grateful. If you need dental work, and want THE BEST of THE BEST, you need look no further. It was so refreshing, and surprising, that I was given so much time to adjust to all the dentisty things going on. We took a break in the middle and I was able to do a 10 minute meditation, which changed the rest of the appointment. I ended up humming to the music playing in the office while they were working in my mouth! (REALLY GOOD MUSIC: Fleetwood Mac, Journey, Queen, Keith Urban, Rolling Stones, Chicago, and lots more) Just so grateful! I will never go to another dentist. Ever. I will forever recommend them. Cool sidebar... Jaymie (my dentist) is a turkey hunter, too! So easy to talk to. A doctor has never made me feel more like a fellow human and not just another patient. Sarah was like a gentle and hilarious fairy god mother, who immediately made me feel like we've been friends for years. Before Braden, I tried two other local dentists and I went running for the hills from both. Just because Braden isn't part of any dental ins network does NOT mean that your insurance will not cover them. My first appointment was almost totally paid for by my ins (Delta Dental). Thank you Jaymie, Sarah and to all the wonderful and friendly staff! I could have easily hung out for hours with all the ladies there. Ok, I'm done raving about them, just call and make your appointment already.

I called the office to report the extreme discomfort caused by the procedure they performed. The office manager said they could see me, but only if I paid for another visit. I understand they need to make money, but I don't see why there should be a charge just to check their own work and ensure everything was done correctly, especially when I'm experiencing pain directly related to their procedure. My insurance no longer covers this office, and considering they've already performed two deep cleans and an initial visit, I would think they would take responsibility to help a patient in pain. I repeatedly asked to speak with someone higher up than the office manager, even the doctor, but was refused each time. Overall, I would not recommend this office to anyone.

Spoke with our insurance they never submitted any claims because they're not in their network and they knew that. Brought it to their attention and they said oh well it's probably your insurance fault. No it's actually your facilities's fault for not telling us that you don't accept it and continuing with the procedures regardless. Just out for money.

The staff is very friendly, not judgy or guilt tripping in the least. They have been nothing but kind and accommodating. They have been flexible with payment plans and have done their best to work with me. All in all, Fulmer has helped me get over my fear of the dentist and I'm super happy to finally have my teeth under control!

I could tell when he came into the room that he loves what he does and he really cares for his patients. I needed extensive work, and he explained everything that would happen. He constantly checked on my well-being. If I needed a break he stopped immediately which built my trust with him. His assistant (I'm so sorry I forgot her name), but she was amazing too. She was careful, thorough, and helped alleviate my anxiety. I also appreciate that I never had to wait more than 5 minutes when I had an appointment. I was there a total of 3 visits. I highly recommend Dr. Singh & his assistant.

Here is why; I work in the trade show industry, which most know requires a large amount of travel. About a year ago, one of my co-workers came down with walking pneumonia. I got a call 2 days before a show for one of our largest clients informing me of his illness and immediately reacted, got my ticket, hotel and called the 30 different partners we used for that show to inform them I would be the point of contact. In the craziness, I failed to reschedule my dentist appt, that was a day after my departure to the show. I explained this to Vicky and it seemed fine, and on the same call, rescheduled my appt. A day before my rescheduled appt, my cousin committed suicide in California. It happened literally the night before my morning appt. I tried to explain this to Vicky that I needed to go console family members, but she refused to even listen saying I was no longer allowed to go to Heritage Dental. Comical right!!! Well the saga continues. My son still went there. She even said they were welcome. Well my 11 year old son has crowded teeth on one side. Very painful. And this lady has the nerve to call us today and cancel a confirmed appt for tomorrow for my son. My son is in pain, and this lady does this just to be vindictive over a year later. And both my son and wife have visited there since Vicky told me I was no longer welcome. I have met a lot of crappy people in life, but what kind of person does that to an 11 year old boy. Vicky, karma has a funny way of evening the scales of life. Good luck with being miserable vindictive and just an overall mean person to young kids. This is further proven by the fact that they were ADAMANT that I owed 600$ above my max payout of dental insurance. However, when I reminded them that I came in with a flyer that said $150 for a whole bunch of the stuff they had billed my insurance for and gotten WAY more than $150, suddenly, I was in the mid $300 owed. I reached out to my dental insurance and found out they are charging more than the norm and the insurance covers the norm. Most offices, will write off the difference knowing the higher price is ridiculous anyway. However, they seem to feel quite justified that the VIBE of the office, the little touches like pens, cookies for a company anniversary will be what keeps people coming back. This is true if you are only interested in working with the rich and fabulous. However, if you wish to work with regular people who have kids in college, mortgages to pay, and other economical needs then paying more for some silly gimmicks is marketing, not BETTER DENTAL CARE. I liked both Drs. I honestly only had negative experiences with the front desk staff. The dental care was not ANY better than I used to received at Family Dental Care in South Chicago. I honestly am upset at myself for not reading these reviews first. Lastly, I am SHOCKED that the office replied with someone's XRAY's that is a total HIPPA violation, or at least completely unethical at best!! Shame on you. Totally unprofessional.
