I ordered orthotics and was told they were covered only to receive a bill from him after they were delivered. Called insurance company and was told up to $300 is covered but doctor could charge more. He did just that...charged a higher office visit and more for the orthotics...just because he could! Never informed me ahead of time. Called two other places and confirmed orthotics and the visit was covered in full. Shame on him!!! Shame I won't be going back.

Extremely disappointed with this company. I bought a groupon for the laser treatment and after my…read moresessions with Dr. D' Amara. I bought 3 sessions which were about $500. After my sessions were done the doctor told me to come back in about a month and a half to get a touch up. The laser machine broke and I called every month to see when it would be fixed and eventually they told me just to stop calling and that they would call me because they didn't know if it would ever be fixed. I called multiple times to have them fix this situation and after waiting for a very long time I finally got in touch with one of the Dr's husbands who told me I am SOL. He said by policy they are not required to offer touch ups. Guess what! The laser didn't even work for me! It may as well been broke the whole time and I threw my money away. No refund. No offering to fix the situation. No nothing. I am so disappointed in the lack of Integrity of this company.

I definitely have a fungus He put me on Lamisil suggested i take it longer than recommended actually it was until i started to experience liver pain Said best course of action was to remove the nail. I really did like that idea I love my sandels however he assured me it would grow back. Im a bit of a chicken. He anesthetized the toe with a needle asked me if i could feel it. I said yes. Then he just snatched the toe nail off anyway and boy did it hurt! After that all my appointments included my husband because i no longer trusted him. Several more appointments nail growing weird and now the nail on my right foot has a fungus. Looks like no sandels ever. I want to cry every summer. I Will never go back to him!

Dr. Gresser is very professional and explained what the probable cause of my heel pain was and how he would treat it. Reception staff were competent and pleasant also.
