Both secretaries were very friendly and had my best interests in mind, concerned for my well-being. Dr. Randolph is a gentleman and gets right to the point offering stretching exercises, wrapping my foot, suggesting different brands of footwear and tips on how to get better. He doesn't do X-rays in his office, so unfortunately I will have to go out to Zwanger and bring back the disk to my next appointment before he can proceed with a plan of care. The people exiting his office seemed happy and had a good relationship with both the doctor and the secretary. I would definitely recommend Dr. Randolph for your foot care needs :)

The problem I have is when it came…read moreto telling me about my ultra sound results a secretary called and just read what zwanger sent which I had already, she gave me options for treatment but had no answers to my questions. Then told me that if I wanted to get the orthopedic inserts she would send papers, which I still haven't received, and it was up to me to get approval from my insurance company. I don't know if this is standard procedure now but all of my previous doctors did this for me. It's been over two weeks and haven't talked to the doctor since my visit and the secretary hasn't called back with the answers to my questions that she said she would do after talking to the doctor.
