I am now going to another podiatrist to fix one they botched. The female doesn't know what she's doing but at least put novacaine in my toe. The guy was more knowledgeable but cut my nail before the novacaine kicked in. On the floor was other peoples pieces of nails and toes I didn't want to take my shoes off. Clean a little before the next patient. The office double booked me one day and I had to come back. its like they have two offices to make money but not enough staff.

I tripped and rolled my ankle yesterday, went to urgent care and found out I had a broken bone in my foot. They splinted me and sent me home to follow with a podiatrist. I called Constantouris Foot Care in Commack and was seen almost immediately. When I called I was told they were booked but when I gave them the full story they squeezed me in and was seen by Dr. Gus Constantouris (within 1 hour of my call). Thankfully they did because it was worse than I was initially told-on my way to get MRI (which their amazing office arranged for me) and will get a call personally from the Dr. after the results are in. They also have an office in Stony Brook as well. Save their number because they are fantastic

Scheduling was easy, check in was fast, I don't think I waited more then three minutes to be taken to a treatment room. My very painful heels were treated with care by Dr Karlic. She explained what was wrong and how I could be helped. The office took the time to carefully check what my heart health concerns might be when treating me. Can't say enough!
