I am so tired of calling a doctor's office and not getting a person on the other end! Today the trend is instead a recorded message directing you to a website to make an appointment. When you call Dr Scartozzi's office you either get him or you get a timely callback from him. This is sets him and the office apart! The office is clean and Dr Scartozzi is kind patient and very knowledgeable. I have known him for a few years now and went to him for plantar fasciitis and a heal spur( different times!) and following his care both times he was a miracle worker I am so grateful and would definitely recommend him! Ok relax, you work in an office, for a doctor and you answer phones. Definitely not a fan of the reception ladies. I won't be back. I can only imagine what my insurance got hit with for this visit.
