Then told me that if I wanted to get the orthopedic inserts she would send papers, which I still haven't received, and it was up to me to get approval from my insurance company. I don't know if this is standard procedure now but all of my previous doctors did this for me. It's been over two weeks and haven't talked to the doctor since my visit and the secretary hasn't called back with the answers to my questions that she said she would do after talking to the doctor.

A well visit subsequently has complaints you never made such as difficulty breathing, chest pain. diabetes, etc resulting in receiving co pay bills from doctors you never saw. The office calls you on the pretense that your insurance company is requesting tests but will not tell you what and why the tests are being given and its just to bill for his own reimbursement. Horrible to see when you look at your insurance medical bills just what nonsense this doctor has submitted to them.
