That day came, 1:15 was my appointment, never called me. I called them , they let me know they had been calling me and were calling the wrong number. Which is so ridiculous considering they have my paperwork and have texted me the appointment confirmation in the past. Like how does that happen? So AGAIN, they make me reschedule another appointment. So unprofessional and so inconsiderate. How is it my fault they were calling the wrong number?? Then we schedule another appointment, I get a few calls later from a doctor. Let's me know due to not answering my phone at 1:37, they have to reschedule AGAIN? When I just rescheduled. Like ? Do they have common sense?? I let her know it's been rescheduled and she says there is nothing scheduled? I don't know who has anything against me at this clínicas but it's so ridiculous. The scheduling team is so unprofessional and idiotic. They need to train better or get a new team of ppl who actually want to work there and help patients. They know nothing about hospitality. Stay tuned to see if they actually end up calling me on my THIRD RESCHEDULED APPOINTMENT or if they're going to be unavailable again.

I had three fillings done there and was in pain for two weeks straight; the experience left me feeling so stressed and violated that I was stuck in bed for a week. I decided to return to Insight Dentistry, this time, to the office in Downtown (I've been to their other Ventura location before), and I'm so glad I did. The dental assistant, Jenny, who did my X-Rays was so gentle and caring. Dr. Boldbaatar immediately identified the problem and fixed it. She re-did the fillings, and it was completely painless. I usually twitch at the dentist due to stress, but I felt so safe and welcomed by the whole team that I didn't twitch once. Truly one of the best dental experiences I've ever had. I decided to call them anyway to compare with other dental offices I had contacted. I called Friday, 7/17/26 @ 12:45pm. A woman with a Spanish accent answered the phone. I asked her the same thing I had asked the other places I had called. I asked her if they take both sources of insurance that I have. The first one she couldn't answer but said they take the 2nd one. I was looking at the 1st source online and they were listed as in the network. In fact, that was where I got their number from. I just wanted to confirm that the info was current. I told her that I have two sources of insurance. If one doesn't cover the total cost of the crown, will the other cover the remaining balance. She told me I have to come in to find out. I said that I don't want to waste their time or mine and that is why I am confirming first via phone. Guess what? She hung up on me!! She didn't have the knowledge to know what insurance they take, but rather than ask someone, she just hung up on me! All the other dental offices were professional and were able to answer my questions. I would go get a crown in Tijuana, Mexico, before I set foot in this place! All the reviews are likely true. They apparently don't care because they have had a bad reputation for over 35 years and haven't changed enough to improve themselves.
