The price was reasonable, and what really stood out to me was that he actually did all the work himself. At other dentist offices, I rarely ever saw the actual dentist, so this was a huge difference. The results blew my expectations. His attention to detail and the care he puts into his work really shows. The whole experience was comfortable; they even give you a warm neck wrap during treatment, which sounds small, but it makes a big difference. I went here about years ago and I really loved this office when I first came and I really loved Dr Kiyan and his staff. He was doing a deal for a full mouth reconstruction for $15,000 so I did it. I had six porcelain veneers in my front that I should not have taken out because they were much better quality. He prepped my teeth and did crown lengthening which did not make my gums even. It was an absolute waste of time. I had Crown lengthening once before by a periodontist and highly recommend going to a periodontist for this procedure. He then put 20 crowns in one day. The next day I was in severe pain and it lasted a while... The doctor told me that that was normal. Come to find out I needed numerous root canal's. So after having these new crowns put in I had to go and have root canal's drilled through the middle of the crown. I ended up getting 10root canals which was not cheap. Then I would have crowns fall out and break. I had numerous crowns fall out and break. I paid $500 to fix my last broken ground there and then when another crown broke he said that I needed to have two other teeth have new crowns because they now have decay. Which I mentioned when I first had the crowns done that they weren't fully covering the tooth that they were most likely going to have cavities. Anyway he said that I would now have to pay $1500 per crown. How does any dentist charge more to fix issues caused. Personally I shouldn't even had to of paid the $500 for the one crown that I had fixed. Since having this work done recently I had a crown fall out realizing that there was really no tooth underneath it. So he put a crown on pretty much no tooth..And another crown fell out on the opposite side with pretty much no tooth. I'm Going to have to have a full reconstruction and numerous implants. I'm not even sure how many teeth have nothing underneath the crown.. My teeth havabsolutely been ruined. In the pictures that I posted you can see the uneven gummy smile with one of my front teeth is bigger than the other.. you can see next to my bottom teeth the broken tooth that has been there for a while. And you can also see the missing teeth on the bottom. I am seriously paying the price for bad dentistry. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Shah and his team. The level of care they provide is top notch! Dr. Shah is not one of those shady dentists who tries to upsell and profit off their patients. The cleaning by the hygienist was so thorough, I finally understood what after dentist clean meant. That feeling lasted for days afterwards. He was able to do the surgery and remove both teeth with the speed I comfort I never experience before. It was just "top, top and pull" and the tooth was gone. She got great care from Dr. Saade and Ayah so I booked for the following week. The receptionists were kind and informative. They made me feel good about coming back too. Dr. Terranova and Patricia made my initial appointment welcoming and gentle. They were accommodating of me. This clinic creates a safety and calm that I had not experienced at previous dentists. I came back a week later for Dr. Terranova, Rich, and Delilah to take care of a bunch of work I needed done (fillings, crown replacement, deep cleaning). Then today, I got the other side of fillings done and also Max did my deep cleaning. Dr. Terranovaa is great at talking through everything calmly. She checks in throughout and remembers you're a person in the chair, not just teeth. I really appreciated being talked through parts that might pinch, vibrate, feel pressure, etc. They're clearly a busy clinic but I never felt she was rushing or annoyed. I really think this is a great place to go especially if you have fear or uncertainty about the dentist. I also would recommend Max if you're nervous about deep cleanings. I asked them to put him as my preferred hygienist, along with Ayah since she was great with my wife. I waited over a year until I was able to upgrade my insurance and was ecstatic to find out that Dr. Reddy was covered under it. At a recent visit, she told me that I did not need any fillings nor a crown and was surprised that a dentist would recommend a crown for me. I appreciate her honesty and professionalism as she will never try to upsell you anything, She will give you all the options that will work within your budget.
