I have anxiety issues and a gag reflex (which is made worse by the anxiety) and I've had everything from a dentist who walked out of the room because they thought it was "ridiculous" to the staff talking about me right outside the room and how awful it was to have me as a patient. Aspen Dental in Mentor was actually my fifth scheduled consult. At that point, I was feeling discouraged--every place I'd been to had issues with pricing, professionalism, or staff attitude. So honestly, I didn't have high hopes going into my first appointment. But the moment I walked through the door at Aspen, everything felt different.
