The parking can be crazy, but you'll find better parking during lunchtime. My best bet, schedule your appointments for this particular building, 12:00-1:00pm. That's my tip for this review. I call Teresa and she is cold, short & dismissive. I simply want genuine help in solving an unknown, 2 year health problem that causes me pain daily. I finally reached Teresa regarding the multiple tests that I have received no Followup or results on. She claims I have my results, even though I'm telling her I do not. This office is absolutely terrible. After months of begging for their help, I have no results, no answer & no respect.

Dr. O'Connell is retiring she shared with us today at my son's 18 month old appointment. My boy wanted to follow her out as she closed door. He fell to the floor and cried. He is a feeler too. Believe it or not I had an iota something was up before she told us. It speaks volumes about her character that she relayed this in person. She loves what she does and even jokes that she's not sure she can stay away in retirement. I had an especially great reception at the front today. The girls were engaging and laughed at my jokes. Angus, the sweet and cool nurse was so sweet and helpful. She administered my boy's shot like the pro she is! And cooled my babe out like a doll face. It was so inviting of her to tell us that our usual nuse Zorina says hi. It's all about the vibe for me. I need it to be on. Happy to share this goodness here. Peace and love. Happiness too.
