I took it to Aria to get repaired and shared with them I needed it back in one week because I was going out of town on business and didn't want to be toothless. They assured me it would be repaired on time and Dr. Daniels last comment to me was "I'll stay on top if it". It did not arrive in time, and I was forced to cancel my business trip. Once it did come in (a few days late), it didn't fit properly. This experience was a total disaster. There are many dentist in the Annapolis and surrounding areas. I would suggest looking elsewhere.

So glad I selected them. Lisa Daniel was my dentist and everything from cleaning to cavity was quick and relatively painless. The front desk customer service and dental assistant were also amazing. The front desk took the initiative to double check my insurance before I arrived to ensure I was covered. Once my cleaning was done, I had to make an appointment for the cavity and they didn't have an appointment until the new year but offered to put me on a waiting list for cancelled appointments. I got a call same day that someone had canceled for the coming week. All work was quoted prior to service and final amount aligned with the pre-service quote. Highly recommend.

To the point that I put things off way too long because I would rather almost do anything than go to the dentist. I mean almost anything. Unfortunately, I had a terrible toothache and was forced to reach out for help. Chesapeake Smiles had good reviews, was close to my home and the photos looked great. I was able to be seen as an emergency patient the morning after I reached out. 24 hours after I was in the chair getting things fixed. I had a root canal and also temporary crown made. Pricing was very reasonable and the best part was that they were all very empathetic and respectful and patient with me! As someone who is frightened, Dr. Masood, the two different dental hygienists and the front desk staff were so understanding, kind and prompt. Most of the time I feel like dentists are very accusatory and a bit judgemental (could very much be my personal perception of course) but, no one here was. That made me hopeful that the whole experience would be the same - and it was. From the friendly (though stressed) receptionist, to Dr. St. Martin herself, to Rose, the hygienist, and the alternate receptionist who set up my next appointment, they are the most welcoming and friendly staff I've ever met, yet still very professional. Dr. St. Martin was thorough in her explanation of the health of my teeth and mouth, and asked me a couple of times if I had any questions. As she left me so Rose could come and clean my teeth, she wished me well and again said, "If you have any questions or need anything, have them get me and I'll come back." Wha-a-a-t?!? So awesome. I have Kaiser, and the co-pay of $30 is very reasonable. They advise a panoramic x-ray on first visit, for an additional $43, which I declined. The ONLY downside, and it isn't their fault, is the major construction project happening on three sides of their small building. It really limits access and they are going to expand their parking once all the fences are gone. Speaking of parking, I advise if you're approaching from Royal Farms side, to just go past the business and turn around at a nearby spot like the All-American Steakhouse. I would NOT try to turn left into their parking lot! All in all, I am supremely glad I read about Dr. St. Martin elsewhere, and decided to give her a try. Excellent dentist and all around great experience. Bonus: if I had to, I could easily walk from home - it's just about a mile.

A few weeks ago the cap and tooth fell out, I went back to her and she refused to assist me. She stated it was not her responsibility to repair it and told me I would have to go back to an oral surgeon and after that she would have to do an implant all at my expense. Even though the X-rays show the rod was broken. Now the empty space is bleeding and painful I called for an appointment and she refused to see me. Do not under any circumstances go to this dental office!!!!

He explained every step of the way what he was doing, he was gentle, thoroughly numbed the area and was an all around calming and grounding presence. I have had really traumatic experiences with dentists in the past, so the fact that I felt really safe in his hands meant so much to me. I'd also like to shout out his assistant, Savannah. She was warm and friendly. She instantly put me at ease. Even better, she was very swift and gentle throughout the imaging process. Another point worth mentioning, they were transparent about pricing from the beginning. I find many dental offices get a bit cagey when you ask what the cost is, but, if you're paying out of pocket that's obviously helpful to know! I really appreciate that they called and gave me an exact price upfront. Everything was done gently and expertly. Also, the office is really beautiful and I found the waiting room to be very cozy and refined. It provides a bit more for the eye than most other boring run-of-the-mill waiting rooms. After calling first thing this morning with an emergency regarding my husband, post root canal, we were told that not only were they closed on Fridays, but that both doctors were out of town-- there was no one on call to address an emergency! Long story short, he was able to be seen by his original endontist, as Kari was able to reach him before he left town. Thank you, Dr. Luzader for coming in on your day off to deal with this post-op mishap! So grateful!!!
