My husband is a veteran who back in May needed to have his crown reset after it had fallen out. They told my husband on numerous occasions they were in fact a VA provider, and could take him in on his VA traveling vet and Emergency status of resetting his crown.
After months of recorded calls and dealing with this company today they have informed us they are in fact NOT A VA PROVIDER. They lied about their status as a provider and their relationship with the VA and ability to accept their insurance. This has gone on for months now and I have recorded calls where they reiterate they are a VA Provider because I ask over and over due to the billing and why my husband paid out of pocket and they have yet to clear it up.
Fraud is a very serious thing, especially when you do it to a disabled Veteran.
I will also be taking this up to the better business administration, & corporation commission.
The VA will also be given all my evidence and phone recordings of this fraud of being a VA provider to lure a traveling Veteran into a place of business that does not in fact have that ability.
Phone records of us calling the business phone, the recordings and specific & direct questions pertaining to actually being a VA provider were repeatedly asked and they always doubled down that they were. Until today.
