They only have one ground team and a million excuses as to their continued delays in doing the job promised. They are extremely disorganized. I called Apex Surveys on May 12th, 2023 to inquire about their services and based on what they said was their availability and their price I decided to hire them to do a plat for my property in North Arlington. They promise that they can do the work within two to three weeks, but this false advertising. Even if you cut them some slack since this is their busy season, they still run extremely late and have no idea when they can get around to doing the work for you plus there is no communication from them. You have to be the one calling or filling out their contact form because they will never call or email you to keep you up to date or even give you some idea as to where you are on their schedule because they don't know themselves! You are completely in the dark with these people as to when they will get around to doing the job! So unprofessional! As of June 22nd, 2023 I canceled the job with them based on the fact that they after six weeks they could not give me even an indication as to when they would get around to doing my plat, and also because they had not responded to the last two communications they sent me. I wasted six weeks of my time with this company, and I recommend that you don't waste your time with them either!

He later came to the house and spent quite a bit of time surveying and marking my property, we met in person and he provided his card. He sent additional emails to say. "We are in process of doing your survey. I didn't find any property corners on your lot. All were off site. Just wanted to give you a heads up. Give me your email and phone number. I will email you the survey and invoice. Plus your phone number for our records." He later said "This is a fun but challenging survey. The plat for your community is 76 years old!" And then nothing. When I followed up I was told he had shut the business down. This business still shows up as active on Yelp. He did not ask that I pay for the survey in advance, so it's not about money, its just extremely frustrating to have a company accept the work, come out and begin the process and not provide the survey.
