My experience dealing with JEES--particularly with Ed as the point of contact--has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional from start to finish. Communication has consistently been combative, dismissive, and unnecessarily difficult. Rather than working collaboratively to resolve issues, interactions often felt adversarial and emotionally charged. Basic customer service expectations--clear communication, professionalism, responsiveness, and mutual respect--were noticeably absent throughout the process. What stood out most was the unwillingness to engage constructively when concerns were raised. Hanging up on a customer during an active conversation is unacceptable in any professional setting and only reinforced the impression that customer concerns were viewed as inconveniences rather than legitimate issues requiring resolution. In addition, written communication was frequently unclear, poorly structured, and lacked the professionalism one would expect when managing significant projects or customer relationships. Combined with an apparent resistance to feedback or compromise, the overall experience became unnecessarily stressful and difficult to navigate. At the end of the day, customers want transparency, accountability, professionalism, and solutions. Unfortunately, my experience with JEES fell well short of those expectations. read more
