As a woman man places try to deceive you or rip you off. I have never had any that experience here. The customer service is excellent, and they make me laugh. Very light hearted but professional. They have wifi and which is a plus! Even though it's super busy they are realistic with the time and how long things will take. If they can't do it right away they will give you a time to return. I appreciate this so much. Time is so valuable. It's affordable maybe slightly higher in some aspects. For the most part comparable in cost.

However, upon going to pay, it took another 10 minutes to fill out the paperwork and the charge came to $24. That's three dollars for the valvestem $12 for labor and nearly 8 dollars for shop miscellaneous. I don't have any idea how they're charging shop miscellaneous, but in my opinion, it should be a percentage of the other cost and in that case it's an astronomical percentage. I will be looking elsewhere for future needs.

Scott Jett is the best mechanic you can get to solve your problems. I've known Scott for 6 years personally, and he also did my car work when he worked at Honda in Cleveland. 99% of the time, it's a crap-shoot when it comes to finding an honest shop that's not trying to rip you off. But at this Express Oil in Ooltewah, you need not worry. The first-rate service from the time you arrive until you leave is exceptional. Here's what you also should know. They are busy because they do top-quality work. Word-of-mouth keeps them busy. Call for an appointment. I happily drive from Cleveland to Ooltewah by-passing dealerships and other so-called 'mechanics", as I value trust-worthy mechanics who do what they say they can do, and give you a fair price, and keep you informed of what they do and why they are doing it. Peace-of-mind is valuable. Peace-of-mind is what you'll find here.

Hell maybe they did the wrong ones, I don't know, but i do know we had to pay Hyde's automotive to do them because i will never bring either car back to express tire. My whole family took all our cars there for as long as i remember, but not any more after Steve retired. The new guy was weird and rude to both me and my husband on separate occasions. I literally hunted Steve down on Facebook to ask him where we should go now. Hyde's has been awesome, professional, and better priced so far. Express tire sucks now and I'm pissed to be spending $400-500 today that I shouldn't have to be. Thanks for nothing, you lost our whole family's business
