He passed all my cases off to his Of Counsel, Jeff Basso, esq. Who is overwhelmed and weak in his representation style. He rarely speaks up to any judge or opposing counsel and accomplishes little to nothing. Unprepared, he would often email the night before detailing a next day court appearance. When I complained, Patrick McCormick started getting involved again but he was not up to date on all details and it was like having new representation. Do not be enticed by lower hourly rates than other mid sized law firms, because they more than make up for it in aggressive billing and a lot of "research and Philosophy" that requires a real looking over! She's angry at me for that so she offered me a refund that I don't want. Unfortunately, I already told the people I was asking her to sue that I hired an attorney, and now they are retaliating so I'm much worse off Than before I hired her It was over a month before I found out. The original fine was about $300 in October, which I returned, checked off stating I was going to contest it, hoping I could get reduced fine. Now the fine was up to $955 for my August court date. 10 months and $700 of interest! WTF! And he said the fine should be around $80, so about $180 total.
