Scheduled an appointment with Fatima to have an estimate done in order to have them start to clean our home once a month after an initial deep clean. They were supposed to come between 4-5pm and never showed up. When I called and asked where they were they said they left a message to confirm our confirmed appointment which was not true! They called and left a message to ask if they could come by earlier in the day to give an estimate and on that message they said if we couldn't do the earlier time they would see us between 4-5pm. They NEVER showed up and then when I called they said they could come tomorrow. No respect for our time. So unprofessional and disrespectful. Very disappointing. We will find someone more competent and reliable. read more

I called and explained I needed a move-out cleaning of a two story approximately 2,800 square foot house. I explained it had four bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a family room, dining room, bonus room with wet bar, and that I wanted the windows cleaned. I was quoted $450 for three cleaners. When the cleaners showed up they walked through the house and said it was a really big house and that the price would be $700. They then said they didn't want to do the windows. I explained that the windows were supposed to be included. I agreed they could skip the upstairs windows but I wanted the downstairs windows to be done inside and out. I later noticed that they had not done the outside of the windows facing the street and asked them to clean them which they did. The actual cleaning itself was okay. I would leave this company 5 stars for the work they do getting the carpets cleaned if it weren't for their terrible business management when it comes to scheduling. I have been using them the past four years and when they changed ownership a few years ago the woman who is in charge of scheduling deliberately does not answer calls nor return calls when I leave a voicemail to schedule an appointment. Last year I had to call three times and after leaving the THIRD voicemail, I finally received a call back. This year, I have already called and left TWO voicemail messages with no response. Really?! It would be easier to get a hold of the president! I am so disappointed in their lack of response and I will be moving on to a different company this year. Too bad.... can't imagine how this business will survive when they treat their returning customers this way.... read more

Not only do they do a great job cleaning tile floors and carpeting, but when I had a major flood from a storm last year a week before Christmas they came out and set up fans to dry out the walls and carpets and had my house all cleaned up and beautiful in time for the huge Christmas dinner I had at my home. We had booked Jeannie clean since they were the referred vendor for military base housing in Port Hueneme. We scheduled the service to be performed on a Saturday morning between a call time of 11-1. It was perfect since my son's football game was at 9 that morning. Once done, we headed home to move things for the technician to have as much space as possible. Unfortunately, that is when I realized I had a missed call from the technician stating he was at our home at 9:40. Since he was done earlier than expected from his previous job he headed straight to our home and since we weren't there he decided to leave. I called the technician back several times and he never answered the calls. I then decided to call the number I originally used when booking their appointment and spoke to dispatch. I then called the number on a voicemail left by Nicole the original woman I spoke to when booking. She informed me that since her technician was done early and we weren't home that he left for a job that took precedence over ours. They skipped our regular cleaning for a flood job which I am certain brought them in more money. To say that I was disappointed was an understatement. What made it even more disappointing was the demeanor of Nicole who blamed me for not being available at 9:40 when that was not even our appointment time. She was highly unprofessional and had no regard for handling the situation properly. I would rather work with a different company that I will have to sponsor on base than one who doesn't stick to previously arranged appointments. read more

In between with sad results learned my lesson thought I could say a dollar ....wrong...the second time better than the first. Well two people this time( last time only one ) so it was faster.... I've used Jeannie Clean at least 5 times in the last 7 years for annual carpet clean. They have been great to work with -- on time, scheduled in fast, great job that STAYS clean,carpets are nearly dry when they leave. Careful of the furniture, mindful of the cats. I have recommended them to many. When the renters left pet stains all over my carpet, they offered to pull it up and put it back down so I could get photos of the mess underneath. I will not use Jeannie Clean again. We used them four years and they were great. This time, however, they did not do what they were paid to do, and they upped the original bid from $350 to $800. They finally agreed to do it for $500, and since we spent a day moving some furniture, I agreed. However, they cut the service they promised to do. They were supposed to move some larger furniture, (that's why they brought two people}, they moved small items that they did not move back, they were supposed to put plastic under chair legs so the wood did not stain the wet carpet (they did it in some spots), they were supposed to clean the carpet in the closets, and they were supposed to put drying fans in rooms to speed the drying process. They did none of these things. They also said that the carpet would be dry in a few hours because they would suck up most of the moisture. It has been 27 hours and the carpet is still wet in spots. As for the price, I think they call low balling a bid then raising to price just before the job starts, bait and switch. read more
