I had a crown there, and my husband has had several, and they just plain do good work; with other dentists, you have to return multiple times until the crown is level with your other teeth and it doesn't hurt anymore; the Lombardis just seem to get it right the first time. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I hadn't been to a dentist in a couple of years; I have good teeth and I take care of them. Most of my dental trips are pleasant so I can't speak to the pain and grief associated with procedures like root canals. I went in for a cleaning and my hygienist was great (Jessica, I think?) Friendly and gentle. I had x-rays done so that meant a routine of insert; bite down; hold still; repeat for about twenty minutes. A little uncomfortable but she was as gentle as she could be. I was impressed by the amount of time Dr. Jeff spent when coming in to say 'hello'. At my previous dental office I think the dentist breezed through for approximately 10 seconds. Jeff took time to greet me, ask how I was doing, check my teeth, and answer my questions. I felt respected and taken care of. When I requested a follow-up appointment to have a new retainer made they squeezed me in early one morning so I could make it in and then get to work - I really appreciated their effort! The technician who did my impressions was awesome; great sense of humor and made the process as fun as it could be when you're having goop-filled molds pressed into your gums. They have a large parking lot and are right off Webster street so it's easy to get to.

Then cause drama so you can't reschedule an appointment for over a year for the other child....Terrible service. Then tell you to get a new dentist when you ask why you couldn't be in the room with your child. Unprofessional and disrespectful. They also don't tell you you're seeing any of three different dentists and don't get the same dentist every time. And add that I was THREE minutes late and they mentioned it about FIVE TIMES after calling and they told me "oh it's fine it happens" clearly not since they had to keep mentioning it.... Edit to this review they will drop you as a patient if you they mess up your schedule. Or bring your complaints forward. I was told by bring up a concern about the schedule they messed up "if we don't give you the warm and fuzzies go elsewhere" as she THREW a transfer paper at me. For simply bringing up a question ! Never in my LIFE have I EVER experienced such insanity. I was told "being a dentist is hard enough I don't need to deal with this" because I asked a question.....It's be happy or be dropped as a patient. I wish I could insert the voicemail Virginia left me. Very mean. I have a long list of nasty things they said to me and put words in my mouth. Oh and they will talk over you if you try to speak and won't hear you out at all. Was told I would receive a phone call from the dentist himself after all this @4pm. I waited hours no call. He called me at 8 at night. Truly a waste of time and unprofessional establishment. You are better off going anywhere else if you have children! I've never left a bad review anywhere but I felt that this was the ONLY voice I was given in this situation. Such a shame.

Judy at the front desk is very considerate of my sometimes inflexible schedule, and always finds a way to pencil me in. She also patiently and thoroughly explains the sometimes confusing things regarding insurance before I go through with services, to ensure my understanding. Also she seems to remember every person she meets; this woman knows her stuff. They are always upfront and honest regarding costs and service (which is a relief from some of the terrible practices I have witnessed in other places). The owner himself, Dr. Vaez, is also incredibly polite, thorough, and gentle with his care. Sometimes my work brings me out of NY to NH, and I refuse to go anywhere else. The care I receive here is top quality, and the staff is very respectful and welcoming. Aside from the lovely people there, some other things I appreciate about this specific place: * Appointment reminders * I never have to wait long, the second it is my appointment time I am in the chair * Accept CareCredit (life saver) * There is an adorable reading nook for children * They do cute things for various holidays; dressing up for Halloween, and having ornament contests among the staff in December

Devon had left the practice and unfortunately I was put with another hygienist, who was not terrible, but nowhere as friendly and attentive as Devon. Unfortunately, I was a few weeks late paying a $40 copay. I had payed the $40 payment and when I tried booking my next cleaning, Wendy had told me that my insurance was not activated and i could not book for a cleaning. I spoke with my insurance company, and they told me they never were inactive so they were also unsure as to why Dr. Bower's office could not book me for my cleaning. Today I called and spoke to Laurie where she told me because I was late on my $40 payment (which had not gone to collections) they decided to remove me as a patient of their practice. I have Delta Dental/ BCBS of MA Preferred PPO plan. It's not as if they weren't being paid top dollar from my insurance company. I was removed as a patient for a $40 late co payment. I went from referring this practice to everyone I knew looking for a dentist and I will not recommend this practice to anyone and be sure to let the word be known to everyone I have been recommending.
