The gal…read morein the office that handles the finances Angela quoted me three different prices all in a week and a half after I gave her my insurance information she contacted my insurance company and then she proceeded to call me three different times with different prices for the same procedure code. Which in the end ended up costing me out of pocket over $200 more than what she initially quoted me when she first quoted after contacting my current insurance company. So please please be very careful when choosing your dental office. I would recommend that you go elsewhere. When Angela gives you cost information her voice goes extremely low to the point I had to ask her to speak in a normal tone. Now the writing is on the wall - she did not want other patients in the waiting room to hear because they charge every one different prices for the same procedure code. What forced me to write this review is to top it all off. She billed my insurance company $216 more than what she told me she was billing for the entire procedure on our last call and when I called her out on it, her voice went dead silent.. Very unethical behavior!
