Showed up at 11:40 and the dude working had the door locked as he swept inside. He walks to the door and tells me "I'm closed" in a way that made me feel like I was nuts to be there at that time. I asked why their sign and all over the internet it says they close at midnight and he says "I didn't say that". Whatever the F that means. By the look on his face and the tone in his voice, it sounded an awful lot like "go F yourself". So in short..... bring your business elsewhere. Anywhere you cannot exchange a product is a red flag for me. Did not think a pen I purchased was working and asked to exchange. Literally checked the cameras, had the owner come to the store, etc just because they did not want to exchange it. Come to find out the pen did work, the sales clerk just did not show me how to properly turn it on. While my product was not defective, the lengths they will go through to not exchange an item turned me off. read more

Clean spot, extensive selection of all sorts of stuff. However, the only 3 times I'd been in, they had a terrible vape juice selection. Almost everything is 0mg or 3mg.. and that's great for teeny boppers who vape trying to be cool, but the rest of us who rely on vaping to keep us away from tobacco require much higher potency. Each time, I inquired about deciding to carry such weak juice and they explained, basically, it was because that's what was selling. Well how about that.. the only thing you carry is the thing that sells! Someone clearly missed their calling to become a brain surgeron! Good spot to buy glass (I think?) as their selection is extensive. However, for vape-related needs, a close spot still eludes me. I've been in there three times and gave them a chance since they are close by. The first time they had a dude working there who knew nothing about what they are selling and told me Trump has outlawed vape juice and they had to stop selling it on October 1st. What? Told me other stupid things that I won't repeat. The second and third times they had a rude young woman there. The first time she was there she at least helped a little. The last time I was there she was texting on her cell phone and ignoring me. I was the only person in there. She was totally rude and acted like I was interrupting her while she was texting. Terrible shop "no refunds or exchanges" apparently means that they can sell you something broken out of the box and you have no recourse. I bought a cheap $20 wax atomizer from this shop yesterday called a Yocan Cerum. I have another at home and it works great. However the one I purchased from this shop was cheaper feeling and seemed like a knockoff after opening the package. I attempted to use the product and it wouldn't fire, tested it on several devices and same result. When I came back in today with the item I was told that there was nothing I could do without a receipt. The worst part of that? I was never offered a receipt on the original purchase. I won't be returning here and cant say I would ever recommend anyone spending money here either. read more

The girl that was cashiering was a complete snob. I asked her where the water pipes were and her response was, "Um everywhere." And when I told her which one i wanted, she accidentally bumped the product against the glass display case. I'm sorry but I come here ALL the time and the woman who has been on crutches for a year now that is constantly drinking beer out of her plastic cup on the clock is so dang rude! She puts signs on the door saying she'll be back in 5 minutes only to re up on her booze across the street. I like the fact that they stand behind the product that they sell I had an issue with a piece that I bought which was no fault of theirs it was a fault of the glass blowers and they made that situation right and I really do appreciate that. The employee Dre was extremely professional and extremely helpful he handled the situation promptly and perfectly I would definitely recommend this place they have a great selection and their pricing is definitely good. I will definitely be returning for sure and will be recommending this place. I recently was looking for nicotine salts and found this shop in the area. I gave them a call first which they didn't answer so I started heading their way. On my way there I received a call back from them and they answered all my questions , I said I'll be there shortly. Once I got there , they referred to me as they knew I called before. I asked the lady if she can suggest any good Nic salts , and she gave me a choice between a few different products and I was able to smell the juice as well which was a big help in making a decision.
