Once got in, asked for the oil change and told them about the nail in my tires and waiting on my set of tires. About 15 minutes later...BAM! Car is done! They provide a full service oil change so all my fluids and tires pressures were checked! The customer lobby is nice, gender neutral bathroom, television is on with local news. I got his attention and asked why he would do that either permissions it is very costly. Nothing is cheap these days anyway. He acted surprised and put the new filters back in their boxes and put my old filters back in. Nothing wise was said, but wow....wanting to make that extra money I guess! I will stay with Garrard Quick Lube from now on, because they're actually faster and they always ask before doing anything extra.
