The falafel is also the best I have had. I had a few other dishes too and, though I forget the names of these dishes, I will never forget the flavors. So my review today is specific to ICONIC, which is their new restaurant & venue. Their location on Glenwood happens to be on my route to and from work. I stopped by on a recent weekday to get some dinner for takeout. I got two ridiculously good sandwiches: turkey with pesto & sharp cheddar and ham with brie and a fig jam. My dad and I couldn't decide which we liked best. They were hot, well-assembled sandwiches with flavors that we really enjoyed. They have a nice ramp into the front door if you need accessibility. Ample parking in the lot.

I found out about Sipid Bites and the owner/chef, Sarah Roy, at a winery catered event. Fortunately she was still around and we got to chatting and she revealed that she has a location downtown which she shares with "Onion World". The rest is history and I've been a fan ever since. Usually order her curry bowls but one day I was at her kitchen location and she gave me a sample of her "naanzza" (oh yeah - I can't forget to mention, she makes her naan fresh everyday!). Amazing! Since then I've mixed things up a bit and eaten her pulled pork, her wraps, kebabs (basically any and everything she puts on the menu) - yes people - she doesn't do only curry! Communication was perfect, and the food was exceptional. I had several guests commenting about the turkey sandwiches. Although they seemed simple, they had tremendous flavor. The charcuterie platter and fruit skewers were beautiful, all the food was fresh and delicious. I'm very impressed and appreciative, and will definitely work with them again if I ever have an event in the Boise area in the future.
