Updated Review - June 2026…read more I am updating my previous five-star review from August 2025 because my experience on June 19, 2026 was dramatically different. As a widow and parent of a medically fragile daughter, I chose this company specifically because of the excellent service I received last year. This time, the crew worked for approximately five hours with no complaints. The lead driver performed a walkthrough, used my bathroom, and the team packed and loaded belongings without raising any concerns about the condition of the home. Everything changed when it came time to move our stacked washer and dryer unit (329 lbs). Suddenly, the lead driver claimed the apartment was so filthy it was making him sick and they could no longer continue. This was the first time any issue was mentioned. Two days prior, maintenance workers had been in the same apartment and specifically commented on how clean it was. I was left with furniture, beds, and belongings still in the old apartment while the crew stopped for about an hour before disappearing. I had to scramble to figure out what happened to my possessions. Since arriving at the new place, we have also discovered multiple damaged items (couch, end table, broken patio chair, etc.) that were not damaged prior to the move. This experience was incredibly stressful and disappointing. I have no problem leaving glowing feedback when a company performs well -- I did so previously. Unfortunately, this move fell far short of the professional service I expected and paid for. I would not recommend or use this company again. And they still charged me $825 for half a move. --------------- Previous review from August 2025: I cannot say enough nice things about Ethan, Patrick and Chrisean who helped me and my daughter move. We could NOT have done it without them. That's the truth. They were the nicest guys and so efficient. It is very hot, they were not prepared, did not have masks or anything else ( we did not require them but if we did they were NOT prepared for that) and although we provided drinks for those helping us move, they complained it wasn't what they wanted. Now I figured three young men would be able to move.... boxes, Nope... multiple boxes were crushed and dropped. They only managed to load 3/4 of a 20' truck. the initial 1/4 of the truck was loaded by my husband and a friend. When I contacted via text the supervisor of the three young men I was told that is what they have insurance for but it was a holiday and he would get back to me on 7/5/21. I never heard back. On 7/6/21 I texted him again, still not no response. I left on a business trip on that date and was not in an area where I could use my phone. You may ask why I am just now notifying your company. Right after the move, we lost my father in law, then two weeks later I went into pre term labor losing my son. Upon speaking to the person that answered the phone (Grady), I got a good feel from him - he sounded honest, sincere, and knowledgable. The quote was extremely reasonable from what I had researched. I booked their service on the spot. The movers arrived about 20 min earlier than their estimated window (if that was their only problem, then it was a great problem to have) and waited outside the location (as the person who had the piano wasn't answering their door yet). They arrived and the 2 guys carrying the piano were very respectful and great as well! (I think their names were Leon and David?) The piano arrived in great condition and the experience with this company was fantastic. Would totally use them again! Thank you!
