They have "regular" hours but they also do appointments by request, which is nice. Of note, they had to search multiple companies to find a frame that was similar to some we already had, and that took several weeks. In general, I had to call them for updates even when deadlines were missed (they had good reasons for it) and I wish they had taken the initiative to call me first. However, it all worked out in the end and I am happy with the job they did.

This business carries an abundant selection of frames and Brenda (the owner) has an extensive…read moreinventory of beautiful quality frames (ranging in style, price and colors) which she wisely leaves out around the establishment so that the customer can help themselves and select a corner and place it against their artwork to see what may look best (unlike so many other businesses who keep all the frame samples behind the register and you have to point to the staff to give you each individual piece to test (which can take hours and frustration in the art of pointing), not to mention annoyed customers who are cuing up for the same thing behind you. Brenda is a wonderful businesswoman, very professional, friendly, competent and cares about her customers, willing to spend time with each client to address their individual requirements. Each time we bring our artwork, there are other customers picking up their framed pieces, in awe her gorgeous work. This has very much been our own experience with her as well. Her pricing is appropriate for the amount of effort she puts into all the work. Despite how busy she is, she always responds in a timely manner to any inquiries which is deeply appreciated. Highly recommend and the only trusted place we go to for framing our artworks.

Since I was a kid my Gram mother had this painting of Venice Italy in her house. My grandfather…read morewhom I never got the pleasure to meet because he died before I was born, got it for her. Sadly,6 years ago my gram mother passed away and I inherited the painting. The painting really does look like St Mark's square in Venice Italy. ( I went to Italy 3 years ago and Venice was the first city we visited ) I wanted to get a new frame on it and hang it in my bedroom. I was worried because I didn't want anyone that re framed it to ruin it, like I said before it has been in my family for a long time and I would be devastated if anything happen to it. I did some research and found this place. I called KC's and talked to one of the owners Kelly that does all the framing here. She was more than happy to look at it and give me a price. I told her how important the painting is to me and after talking to her I had a good feeling I wouldn't have a problem leaving it with her. Also if you are looking for sewing machines supply or fabric this is the pace to go. Both my wife and I went up and meet Kelly and she was super nice and really knows what she is doing when it comes to framing work. Needless to say I left my painting with her to frame. She also put a new hanger in the back and re papered the back of the painting. She also went out of her way to find someone that restores paintings as my needed to be clean but she doesn't do restoration work. Kelly said I should have my painting back in 2 weeks and that is exactly how long it took. I would highly recommend Kelly for any framing needs. When my painting was all done Kelly called and informed me and said no rush whenever you can get here great. I arrived and she had my painting wrapped in construction paper. She showed me, and I couldn't be more pleased. My gram mother would have loved it! It is now hanging in my bedroom where I can look at it everyday reminding me of my Gram mother.

We went to get a poster framed on a Saturday afternoon, around 2:30. There was one customer there…read morepurchasing fabric and was being helped. We went to the framing area (had a poster framed a couple years back and we were very pleased with how it turned out) and waited. We knew the employee was assisting the other customer with the fabrics. After about 10-15 mins the customer left and we continued to wait by the framing area. The employee did NOT acknowledge us even once. After about 5 mins I went over to the employee, who was leaning on the counter on their cell phone, and asked if there was someone who could help us with framing. She seemed annoyed I was even asking and rudely said "no, they are not here today". I asked what days they are here and she said "well sometimes on Saturdays and on Mondays". I asked if I should call before coming in again. She said "yeah, that would probably be a good idea". We left and as we got to the car the person I was with said we will NOT be back. This employee wasted 15-20 minutes of our time ignoring us and had no customer service skills whatsoever. We had planned on bringing several more posters over time to be framed, which we knew from our first experience is NOT and inexpensive endeavor, but we have now decided to take our business elsewhere!!

We stopped in during First Communion season as we couldn't find a veil anywhere. Even shopping late in the season, we were able to find a veil that my daughter loved and looked fabulous on her. While here we also purchased her first rosary and a children's bible. The woman working was very knowledgeable and answered all questions we had. I did not feel rushed and felt I could have stayed there for a much longer time if I actually took the time to look through all of the items they carry. This, to me, is the go-to-spot for religious Catholic items. I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
