I've been taking my dogs here for over a year any time I'm going to be out of town for more than 3…read moredays. I like that they offer both group play and solitary stay as I generally prefer to keep my dogs solitary to avoid catching illnesses from other dogs. For the most part I haven't had any issues and am happy to report my dogs give this place two paws up without bringing home any major illness as of yet. I did have one time where one of them had diarrhea afterwards, but it was manageable and is just how it goes like how kids come back from daycare sick every so often. The staff is super nice and you really get the sense they get to know the dogs and are happy to see them again. I do wish the rates for boarding were more affordable, but they're comparable to other boarding facilities. It's unfortunate to see how expensive care for pets has gotten over the years.

I wag goodbye to mom and I pee all over the floor just to let everybody know that I'm here to party! I collect my morning snuggles from whoever is in the front, then I move onto my amazing slide where I perch myself at the top and play Rapunzel all afternoon, sometimes I sleep in the bottom of the slide and I play troll. Sometimes I just look super cute so the humans have to send pictures to my mom to tell her just how good and cute I am. If I play too rough, the humans always know to give me a little time out and space. I get to do enrichment time, where I play puzzles, get treats, go up and down the teeter totter and have a super fun time learning! On Fridays, I see Dustin for my weekly spa appointment, so I smell delicious for the weekend. He cleans all my furs and clips my nails and makes me beautiful. Sometimes when my mom and dad go out of town, I get to have a sleepover at City Paws. They always email my mom to tell her how I'm doing, my mom even spies on me while I sleep in my room! Last time I spent the night I got a pupcicle AND a unicorn toy to show my family when I got home. Ten out of ten woofs.

Ambiance: When we walked in, it was very clean. Pictures and paintings of animals as artwork, was a nice touch. I just realized day of my appointment that they also have an adjacent groomer, also a part of the company. Nice touch. Service: The Vet was kind and personable and had a nice conversation with me about my dog. It felt like what you'd want from your actual doctor. LOL The techs were great; answered all of my questions and were extremely patient with me, as it was my first time visiting a vet and being a dog mom. They also provided me options, which I prefer. They handled my dog with care and even text us the next day to see how she was, since she received 2 shots. No complaints. This is my dogs permanent Vet.

I don't think I can say enough good things about Pet Doctors. I brought my 4 year old cat in for an…read moreannual checkup and to get a growth on his chin checked out. The previous vet I brought him to wanted to just chop it off no questions asked and didn't even care what it was. Dr. DeRoy suggested doing a fine needle aspirate to see what it is first in case we didn't have to put my cat through surgery. Turns out it was a mast cell tumor that needed surgery to remove. My cat is pretty ornery when it comes to going to the vet and getting blood work or anything done but the staff here did an amazing job with him. They always kept him in the room with me (to help him calm down), gave us a cat specific room to limit any other animal scents and gave him plenty of time to adjust to being there before performing any work. Being a fear free clinic really shows in how the staff treat the animals here. The day of the surgery they let me use one of the exam rooms to wait in while the surgery and recovery was going on. As soon as it was safe to do so they let my cat roam around in the room with me to ease any anxiety that he would be having from the operation. Dr. DeRoy is a great example of what a vet is supposed to be - someone who cares deeply about animals, very knowledgeable and willing to spend the time with patients. I tend to have a lot of questions about everything and try to get as much information as possible. Dr. DeRoy was always happy to spend however much time I needed to make sure I was comfortable with what was going on, whether that be 5 minutes or 20 minutes. Can't recommend this place highly enough.

They treat small animals domestics of all sorts, including exotics. This is the second time I have brought my pet there. The first time, they did not let us see while they did the exam, they brought him to a different room. The second time was for an injury check-up and they did let me stay in the room. The care was good both times, but it's still $100 for a basic check up, and both times it took a long time to be seen. So a 5 minute visit with the vet ended up taking an hour, just with the waiting. That part needs to be improved.
