BORO TYRES DO CALL OUTS TO FIT TYRES AT YOUR HOME! It was an absolute God send! I didnt have to try & schedule in a time to drop & collect my van & loose my transport for the day/ miss out on a days work. What a fantastic service I knew nothing about! The Customer Service was incredible. The gentleman was Super friendly. Arrived promptly at the time I chose. All 4 new winter tyres removed & replaced within the hour! (at a time convienient to me whilst sorting the children after school). Honestly brilliant service thrilled to bits!

The service technician that came out to pick up my vehicle was courteous helpful And very pleasant indeed When I got to the garage, the people that work there were unbelievably helpful courteous, and could not do enough for me They gave me a loaner car for a couple of days and didn't charge me. When they got my vehicle back to the garage, they were working on it within 30 minutes It was subsequently realized that the gearbox had gone and it would need a recondition gearbox.

The catalyst converter broke in the 1st month which I was charged 120 pound. The brakes failed. The door handle has snapped off and now my gear box and clutch are knackered. I paid 600 pound for a 306 which is a lot of money but I was desperate and because this garage services and fixes family members cars I was under the impression he would sell me a safe car as I have a baby but no he isn't bothered just wants money and to con people. The service is excellent and the charges are so much cheaper than alot of the other motor dealers. Dave will not doing anywork without consulting you first and will only carry out & charge you for the necessary work, something which I nearly paid for at another dealer. If you need anything doing to your car, use east Coast Autos, they are first class.

I used this company for the first time recently. I had always used a different company from York…read morepreviously, but was beginning to get concerns over the quality of their work. I took my wife's car in first to seek advice and was told the tyres were still Okay and to continue to use them until closer to the winter weather setting in and then to have two new front tyres fitted. I did just that and was very happy with the price and the service. I then at the same time asked for a price of four winter tyres for my own car and the price quoted was in line with what I had seen during my research. These tyres are fairly uncommon due to the size and reasonably costly. Despite this, without any knowledge of me whatsoever they ordered these tyres and i said that I would return for them fitted the day following there expected delivery date. I was a little surprised that they didn't want a deposit or contact details. So without any fuss or formalities my tyres were ordered, delivered and fitted as arranged. A great service! My only, very minor gripe is that a dust cover is missing off of one wheel. I know that I could go back however as they only cost about a £1 each I will simply order another set off of Ebay and have three spares. I will definitely be returning to this tyre centre for all my future needs

This review is only of the service shop…read more I have found the staff in the service/repair shop to be some of the friendliest that I have ever come across. They genuinely care about their work and will not rip you off. Always good service there, top marks. Cheap MOT's too.
