Whilst on a weeks holiday in Flamborough, nr Bridlington, our Land Rover Freelander developed problems with the alternator belt and other rotational issues; after an unfortunate experience in getting the AA to resolve the problem ( having been a gold member with the AA for 13 years), the Freelander was deposited at the close of business day at Crescent garage and Ken, who stayed over to receive the vehicle.
Ken, quickly grasped the problem, made very assuring comments, and sent us on our way back to our holiday let, with confidence. The next morning- again, positive " lets get the job done and get you on your way" comments; how refreshing in this day and age of searching for problems v getting them resolved with a positive manner. The car was returned to us midday/ the next day and with a good value for money bill. Well done Ken and all at Crescent Garage. I will always recommend you and the fine service witnessed and offered.
