The next morning- again, positive " lets get the job done and get you on your way" comments; how refreshing in this day and age of searching for problems v getting them resolved with a positive manner. A big bonus was that I didn't have to spend a lot of time waiting for assistance or for paperwork to be completed. As for the car itself, it was clean and in perfect working order. Fortunately for me, I haven't had to have any work done but I've heard from friends that their service department is just as good. I have no problem with recommending these guys.

If you pre-purchase a service package, they will hassle you to buy additional products and will be extremely rude to you if you state that you're not interested. Following a complaint about this, a staff member passed me onto a manager (without muting) and advised that there was "a lady moaning about customer service" on the phone. They also failed to provide additional extras I'd paid for until I called several times to get acknowledgment of the pre-paid extras... I eventually had the appropriate work to my car carried out.
