Had 2 tyres fitted to my car a week or so ago and EVERY time it is left in their care, I specifically request to take extra care with the wheels and NOT to scratch them - mainly as they are as new diamond cut wheels. The workshop manager assures you that the wheels will not be scratched. Only this time, the car is returned with a 6 to 7 inch scratch around the rim face of the diamond cut. Anyone with such wheels will know these cannot be refurbished to 'as new' condition like you can with a silver painted wheel. Furthermore, after suffering 3 years ago a full set of refurbished wheels at Wheelemin in Hull, and failing after only 4 months with all 4 wheels peeling, it simply is NOT a suitable resolve. Tyremen will only offer you a refurb on these wheels, and also suggest Wheelemin who fail to do this job. Furthermore, the time and effort it actually takes you to get this done will cost you more than it has cost Tyremen to pay for the job! They won't offer any compensation for you lost hours of work or travel expenses, or taxi fee costs. great company if you don't care about your car, but if you do - TAKE IT ELSEWHERE - Bill advised they do scratch wheels so seems to be a very common occurrence.... not to mention the grubby brake dust marks all over my interior door panels. It's obvious by other reviews on here that should anything go wrong, they are just not interested in covering your losses.

hi bill told you i would find your site.i went to tyremen of whitty st i asked for two new tyres on…read morethe back and asked if they would swap my wheels around so the new would be at the front and old at the back.yes sir thats no problem leave it with us they rang me up two hours later saying my key for the locking nuts was damaged i knew this could not be as i had my wheels off on the saturday before so i went round to see what the problem could be when i arrived only to see the locking key was in the air gun i removed it myself to see the damage yes youve got it all chewed up clever bill tried to say it was like that already so i asked how he got the first two wheels off he then refused to replace the locking nuts he said that it was my problem and i would have to buy new ones from them then when i went back to collect my car they had ruined six wheel nuts by using the wrong socket i searched their rubbish for the damaged nuts so that can show people who are thinking of using tyrmen of hull when i got back to work i had to look in the mirror to see if had idiot wrote on my forehead.i would rather drive on flat tyres than go there again.
