If you pre-purchase a service package, they will hassle you to buy additional products and will be extremely rude to you if you state that you're not interested. Following a complaint about this, a staff member passed me onto a manager (without muting) and advised that there was "a lady moaning about customer service" on the phone. They also failed to provide additional extras I'd paid for until I called several times to get acknowledgment of the pre-paid extras... I eventually had the appropriate work to my car carried out. Avoid.

Ken, quickly grasped the problem, made very assuring comments, and sent us on our way back to our holiday let, with confidence. The next morning- again, positive " lets get the job done and get you on your way" comments; how refreshing in this day and age of searching for problems v getting them resolved with a positive manner.
